Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fuel injection valve according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • DE 101 08 945 A1 discloses a fuel injection valve, in particular for direct injection of fuel into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine.
  • the fuel injector includes an armature cooperating with a solenoid and a valve needle frictionally connected to the armature, to which is provided a valve closing body which, together with a valve seat surface, forms a sealing seat.
  • the valve needle has at one inflow-side end an integrally formed with the valve needle collar-shaped anchor stop on which the armature abuts, wherein a Mitauerflansch engages the anchor so that the Mitiliasch is inserted into the inflow-side end of the valve needle and connectable thereto.
  • a disadvantage of the fuel injection valve known from DE 101 08 945 A1 is the production outlay due to the numerous individual parts and the number of welds required for connecting the individual parts individual components during pre-assembly.
  • the valve needle is loosely rotatable in the armature, which results due to the manufacturing tolerances of the components stroke changes and thus changes in the injected amount of fuel.
  • the fuel injection valve according to the invention with the characterizing features of the main claim has the advantage that the valve needle is produced in a simple manner by deep drawing stepped, so that at one stage of the valve needle without further Mit instructionalflansche the opening dynamics positively influencing Vorhubfeder can be arranged.
  • Vorhubfeder can be produced as a spiral, plate or corrugated spring in a simple manner.
  • the existing of anchor, Vorhubfeder, valve needle and anchor stop total component can be pre-assembled with a maximum of one weld.
  • valve needle has a Vermosfix ist, which counteracts stroke changes. In this case, a bulge of the valve needle engages in a simple manner in a recess of the armature.
  • a fuel injection valve 1 is in the form of a fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems of mixture-compression spark-ignition internal combustion engines.
  • the fuel injection valve 1 is suitable in particular for the direct injection of fuel into a combustion chamber, not shown, of an internal combustion engine.
  • the fuel injection valve 1 consists of a nozzle body 2, in which a valve needle 3 is arranged.
  • the valve needle 3 is operatively connected to a valve closing body 4 which cooperates with a valve seat body 6 arranged on a valve seat body 5 to form a sealing seat.
  • the fuel injection valve 1 in the exemplary embodiment is an inwardly opening fuel injection valve 1, which has an injection opening 7.
  • the nozzle body 2 is preferably connected by welding to an external pole 9 of a magnetic coil 10.
  • the magnetic coil 10 is encapsulated in a coil housing 11 and wound on a bobbin 12, which rests against an inner pole 13 of the magnetic coil 10.
  • the inner pole 13 and the outer pole 9 are separated by a gap 26 and are based on a connecting member 29 from.
  • the magnetic coil 10 is connected via a Line 19 is energized by a via an electrical plug contact 17 supplied electric current.
  • the plug contact 17 is surrounded by a plastic casing 18, which may be molded on the inner pole 13.
  • the valve needle 3 is executed in the present embodiment, a thin-walled hollow cylinder and has a central recess 8. To the fuel line to the sealing seat serve flow openings 14, which are introduced in the wall of the valve needle 3.
  • the valve needle 3 has a collar-shaped anchor stop 32, which is preferably welded to the valve needle 3.
  • an armature 20 is supported on the anchor stop 32.
  • the shoulder 21 is also tubular and formed integrally with the armature 20.
  • a Vorhubfeder 15 is arranged, which defines a Anker arthritisweg.
  • the valve needle 3 is, as explained in more detail below, formed by deep drawing and formed multi-stepped.
  • a return spring 23 is supported, which is brought in the present design of the fuel injection valve 1 by a sleeve 24 to bias.
  • the return spring 23 acts on the valve needle 3 so that in the de-energized state of the magnetic coil 10 of the valve closing body 4 is held in sealing contact with the valve seat surface 6.
  • the fuel which is supplied via a central fuel supply 16 and filtered by a filter element 25 is passed through a central recess 22 of the fuel injection valve 1, the recess 8 of the valve needle 3 and via the flow-through openings 14 to the injection opening 7.
  • the fuel injection valve 1 is sealed by a seal 28 against a distribution line, not shown.
  • the valve needle 3 In the idle state of the fuel injection valve 1, the valve needle 3 is acted upon by the return spring 23 counter to its stroke direction so that the valve closing body 4 is held on the valve seat 6 in sealing engagement.
  • the armature 20 is acted upon by the Vorhubfeder 15 on the anchor stop 32. Upon excitation of the magnetic coil 10, this builds up a magnetic field, which moves the armature 20 against the spring force of the Vorhubfeder 15 and the return spring 23 in the stroke direction.
  • the stroke of the armature 20 is divided into a forward stroke, which serves to close a Vorhubspalts 30, and an opening stroke. The opening stroke and the forward stroke together result in the total stroke, which is predetermined by a working gap 27 located in the rest position between the inner pole 12 and the armature 20.
  • the armature 20 After passing through the preliminary stroke against the force of the Vorhubfeder 15, the armature 20 takes the valve needle 3 in the stroke direction.
  • the standing with the valve needle 3 in operative connection valve closing body 4 lifts from the valve seat surface 6, whereby the over the recess 8 in the valve needle 3 and through the flow-through openings 14 to the spray opening 7 guided fuel is injected.
  • the armature 20 drops after sufficient degradation of the magnetic field by the pressure of the return spring 23 on the valve needle 3 from the inner pole 13, whereby this moves against the stroke direction. As a result, the valve closing body 4 is seated on the valve seat surface 6, and the fuel injection valve 1 is closed. The armature 20 is seated on the anchor stop 32.
  • Such a trained valve needle 3 has several advantages. On the one hand, fewer components and thus fewer welds for connecting the components are required, on the other hand, the manufacturing process of deep drawing for the valve needle 3 as such is inexpensive.
  • the Vorhubfeder 15 In addition to improving the opening dynamics causes the Vorhubfeder 15 a damping effect against Preller of Ankers 20 at the anchor stop 32 when closing the fuel injection valve 1. Namely, the anchor 20 sets on the anchor stop 32, it may come to a renewed, short-term lifting of the armature 20 from the anchor stop 32. The Vorhubfeder 15 brakes the resulting movement of the armature 20 in the stroke direction, so that the valve needle 3 is unaffected by the movement of the armature 20 and no unwanted, short-term opening operations of the fuel injection valve 1 occur.
  • the anchor stop 32 can also be made by deep drawing and fixed, for example, completely without welding by press fitting to the valve needle 3.
  • a maximum of one weld seam 34 is required to produce the valve element 3, forward stroke spring 15, armature 20 and armature stop 32, while at least six individual components must be connected via at least three weld seams in fuel injection valves 1 according to the prior art.
  • FIG. 2 two different variants for an inventively ausgestaltetes fuel injector 1 with a correspondingly designed valve needle 3 in part in the area of the valve needle 3 and the armature 20 are shown.
  • the Vorhubfeder 15 is designed in the form of a coil spring 15.
  • the Vorhubfeder 15 is preferably made of flat wire, so that the forward stroke is not changed.
  • the spring constant of the Vorhubfeder 15 is substantially smaller than that of the return spring 23rd
  • Vorhubfeder 15 a flat spring such. an open or closed corrugated ring or a plate spring can be used. This has the advantage of shorter overall length.
  • valve needle 3 has a Vermosfix ist, which in the form of a bulge 31 of the valve needle third is executed.
  • Fig. 3 is a schematic section through the valve needle 3 in the region of the bulge 31 is shown schematically.
  • the armature 20 has a corresponding indentation 33, in which the bulge 31 of the valve needle 3 engages positively.
  • the valve needle 3 can no longer rotate relative to the armature 20, whereby the set stroke remains constant. Functional changes of the fuel injection valve 1 are thus excluded, the endurance behavior is positively influenced.
  • the invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments and also for other forms of anchors 20, for example, for submersible and flat armature, as well as any designs of fuel injectors 1 applicable.
