Der Exzenterschleifer 100 ist mit einer verkürzten Abtriebswelle 220 versehen, die an ihrem freien Ende eine scheibenartige Ausgleichsmasse 360 trägt, welche wiederum parallel zur Abtriebswelle 220 einen Exzenterstift 340 trägt, der drehbar gelagert im Schleiftellerlager 270 angeordnet ist. Die Abtriebswelle 220 bildet also gemeinsam mit der Aus- gleichsmasse 360 und dem Exzenterstift 340 eine Kurbelwelle. Durch die Kopplung mit dem Exzenterstift 340 erfährt der Schleifteller 260 bei Drehung der Abtriebswelle 220 eine kreisende Bewegung, die infolge der Lagerreibung im Schleiftellerlager 270 von einer rotierenden Bewegung überlagert wird. Damit diese rotierende Bewegung eine Höchstdrehzahl nicht überschreitet, ist ein Bremsring 380 vorgesehen, der sich axial vom Innengehäuse 140 und an diesem drehfest angeordnet zum Schleifteller 240 erstreckt und sich an diesem stirnseitig mit geringer Vorspannkraft abstützt. Wird der Schleifteller 260 in Drehung versetzt, wirkt eine beständige Reibkraft vom Bremsring 380, der z.B. aus Filz bestehen kann, auf die Oberfläche des Schleiftellers 260, wodurch die Eigenrotation des Schleiftellers 260 auf eine zulässige Höchstdrehzahl begrenzbar ist.The eccentric grinder 100 is provided with a shortened output shaft 220, which carries at its free end a disc-like compensating mass 360, which in turn carries an eccentric pin 340 parallel to the output shaft 220, which is rotatably arranged in the grinding plate bearing 270.
