Abstract

Ein Bausatz (1) zum Erstellen eines Steckverbinders weist ein Kupplungsstück (2) und ein dazu passendes Kupplungsgegenstück (3) auf, die in eine Trenn- und eine Verbindungsstellung bringbar sind. Das Kupplungsstück (2) hat Durchgangsöffnungen (4) zur Aufnahme von Steckkontakten (5), die mit Adern eines ersten Kabels (6) verbindbar sind. Das Kupplungsgegenstück (3) hat Durchtrittsöffnungen (7) zur Aufnahme von Gegensteckkontakten (8), die mit Adern eines zweiten Kabels (9) verbindbar sind und in Verbindungsstellung die Steckkontakte (5) elektrisch kontaktieren. Das Kupplungsstück (2) ist mit dem Kupplungsgegenstück (3) verrastbar. Der Bausatz (1) weist ein Überwurfelement (13) auf, das mit seinem einen Ende auf den dem ersten Kabel (6) abgewandten Endbereich des Kupplungsstücks (2) und mit seinem anderen Ende auf den dem einen zweiten Kabel (9) abgewandten Endbereich des Kupplungsgegenstücks (3) aufsteckbar ist. Zum Sichern des Überwurfelements (13) gegen Abziehen von dem Kupplungsstück (2) ist ein das Überwurfelement (13) formschlüssig mit dem Kupplungsstück (2) verbindendes Sicherungselement mit dem Kupplungsstück (2) und/oder dem Überwurfelement (13) verbindbar. Zwischen dem Überwurfelement (13) und dem Kupplungsgegenstück (3) ist eine in eine Offen- und eine Schließstellung bringbare Verriegelungseinrichtung vorgesehen.
