Abstract
Die Erfindung schafft ein Verfahren zum Verspannen von Funktionselementen, insbesondere PTC-Heizelementen (2), in einem hohlen Aufnahmemittel (1), wie einem Profilrohr. Das Aufnahmemittel (1) besitzt zwei einander und Flachseiten der Funktionselemente gegenüberliegende, zumindest teilweise konkave Deckwand-Bereiche (1.2,1.3) und ermöglicht auf diese Weise ein Verspannen der Funktionselemente (2), indem Seitenwände (1.7,1.8) des Aufnahmemittels (1), die sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zu den konkaven Deckwand-Bereichen (1.2,1.3) erstrecken, mit einem Verpressdruck beaufschlagt werden. In die durch die konkaven Deckwände definierten freien Raumbereiche lassen sich Enden von Ansatzteilen, wie Metall-Lamellen, einbringen, die erfindungsgemäß beim Verspannen der Funktionselemente im selben Arbeitsgang mit eingeklemmt werden. Auf diese Weise lassen sich erfindungsgemäß in einfacher Weise zusammengesetzte Vorrichtungen, insbesondere elektrische Heizeinrichtungen, herstellen. The invention provides a method for clamping functional elements, in particular PTC heating elements (2), in a hollow receiving means (1), such as a profile tube. The receiving means (1) has two mutually and flat sides of the functional elements opposite, at least partially concave top wall portions (1.2,1.3) and allows in this way a distortion of the functional elements (2) by side walls (1.7,1.8) of the receiving means (1). , which extend substantially perpendicular to the concave top wall portions (1.2,1.3), are subjected to a pressing pressure.
