Claims (13)

  1. Hazard signalling system having an alarm control centre (1), a detector loop (2), hazard detectors (3) which are connected to this detector loop (2), and further units (4-7) of another type which are connected to this detector loop (2) in addition to the hazard detectors (3), the further units (4-7) being assigned an additional control centre (7), and communication between the hazard detectors (3) and the alarm control centre (1) and communication between the further units (4-7) and the additional control centre (7) taking place in different time windows, characterized in that the detector loop (2) is connected to one of the control centres (1, 7) by a switching means which is controlled by the alarm control centre (1).
  2. Hazard signalling system according to Claim 1, characterized in that means are provided for selectively connecting the detector loop (2) to one of the two control centres (1, 7).
  3. Hazard signalling system according to Claim 1, characterized in that the detector loop (2) is connected to one of the control centres (1, 7) in a predefined time frame.
  4. Hazard signalling system according to either of Claims 2 and 3, characterized in that means are provided for connecting the detector loop (2) to the alarm control centre (1) in at least 50% of the time.
  5. Hazard signalling system according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the detector loop (2) is formed by a bus.
  6. Hazard signalling system according to one of Claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the switching means (8) is simulated in software.
  7. Hazard signalling system according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said further units of another type comprise one or more units in the form of intruder detectors (4), air-conditioning controllers (5), units for transmitting voice or music (6) and/or monitoring cameras.
  8. Hazard signalling system according to Claim 5, characterized in that the hazard detectors (3) communicate with the alarm control centre (1) and the other units (4, 5, 6) communicate with the at least one other control centre (7) using the same bus protocol.
  9. Hazard signalling system according to Claim 5, characterized in that the hazard detectors (3) communicate with the alarm control centre (1) and the other units (4, 5, 6) communicate with the at least one other control centre (7) using a different bus protocol.
  10. Hazard signalling system according to one of Claims 3 to 9, characterized in that the hazard detectors (3) are provided with devices which allow parameters of signals on the detector loop (2) to be kept at a value which is outside the range of values observed during normal operation, in that additional devices which check said value are provided, and in that, in the event of a discrepancy between this value and the value to be expected during normal operation, the alarm control centre (1) is notified, as a result of which it is made possible for the latter to set up a connection to the hazard detectors (3) and to other safety-relevant detectors, if necessary.
  11. Hazard signalling system according to Claim 10, characterized in that said parameters of signals on the detector loop (2) are formed by the voltage or the current, and in that said additional devices are part of the switching means (8) for connecting the detector loop (2) to one of the control centres (1, 7).
  12. Hazard signalling system according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the hazard signalling system is formed by a fire signalling system having a fire signalling control centre (1) and fire detectors (3) which are connected to the detector loop (2), or by an intruder signalling system having an intruder signalling control centre and intruder detectors which are connected to the detector loop (2).
  13. Hazard signalling system according to Claim 12, characterized in that means are provided for giving priority treatment to the messages from fire detectors (3) and for preventing the detector loop (2) from being connected to the at least one other control centre (7).
