Abstract
- on génère un jet de gaz que l'on dirige vers les surfaces à nettoyer,
- on réalise des particules à partir d'une formulation constituée majoritairement de carbamide, on intègre les particules (6) à l'état solide au jet de gaz et on projette les particules à une vitesse telle qu'elles se désintègrent en venant au contact desdites surfaces à nettoyer,
- on déplace le jet de gaz et de particules le long des surfaces à nettoyer.
Description
- générer un jet de gaz que l'on dirige vers les surfaces à nettoyer,
- intégrer des particules à l'état solide au jet de fluide, projeter les particules à une vitesse telle que les particules se désintègrent en venant au contact desdites surfaces à nettoyer,
- déplacer le jet de fluide et de particules le long des surfaces à nettoyer.
Claims (9)
- Procédé de nettoyage en marche des surfaces (2) de fours (1), en particulier des surfaces métalliques d'échange thermique côté fumée de fours industriels ainsi que de chaudières industrielles, dans lequel on réalise les étapes suivantes :ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce que l'on réalise les particules à partir d'une formulation constituée majoritairement de carbamide.on génère un jet de gaz que l'on dirige vers les surfaces à nettoyer,on intègre des particules (6) à l'état solide au jet de gaz et on projette les particules à une vitesse telle que les particules se désintègrent en venant au contact desdites surfaces à nettoyer,on déplace le jet de gaz et de particules le long des surfaces à nettoyer,
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on introduit au moins 95% de carbamide dans la formulation des particules.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute un sel de magnésium à la formulation des particules.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute entre 0,5% et 5% de sel de magnésium à la formulation des particules.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou la revendication 4, caractérisé en que l'on ajoute du carbonate de magnésium à la formulation des particules.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou la revendication 4, caractérisé en que l'on ajoute du silicate de magnésium à la formulation des particules.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on règle le four de sorte que la température des surfaces à nettoyer soit supérieure à 250°C.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on projette les particules au contact des surfaces à nettoyer à une vitesse d'au moins 50 m.s-1.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un conduit renfermant un fluide à réchauffer s'étendant à l'intérieur du four entre une première (2a) et une deuxième (2b) extrémité, on déplace le jet de fluide de la première à la deuxième extrémité.
