In fact, it is possible not to consume all the product immediately since the easy-opening portion 28 can be re-closed: it is sufficient to put the tongue 32 back into its original position and insert it into the slot 34. Thanks to the elastic septum 36, excellent stability of the product remaining in the package 10 is guaranteed.
  • the main advantage of the elongated package for foodstuffs, particularly for nests and bundles of pasta, according to the present invention, lies in that it can be positioned vertically on the shelves in such a way that its larger surface is completely visible to the customers.
  • Another advantage, directly consequential to the new vertical arrangement of the package according to the invention, is the possibility to provide a large opening 26 - the so-called window -, with relative improved visibility of the foodstuffs contained therein and, consequently, better commercial "desirability" of the product by the purchaser.

Claims (8)

  1. Verpackung (10) für Trockennudeln, insbesondere für Langnudeln, die in Nestern oder Bündeln (12) ineinander verschlungen und in einer einzigen Lage angeordnet sind, die einen flachen, quaderförmigen Behälter (10a) umfasst, wobei eine erste (14) und eine zweite (16), gegenüberliegende große vierseitige Hauptwand voneinander beabstandet sind, die an ihren Rändern durch mehrere kleine Seitenwände (18, 20, 22, 24) verminderter Breite miteinander verbunden und versteift sind, und wobei eine erste (18) Seitenwand eine Breite hat, die größer als die Breite der dieser gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand (20) ist, wodurch der Behälter (10a) einen im Wesentlichen trapezförmigen Querschnitt hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Behälter (10a) eine Zwischenwand (36) befindet, die mit der ersten Seitenwand (18) verbunden ist und im Wesentlichen parallel zur zweiten Hauptwand (16) liegt sowie von dieser um eine Länge beabstandet ist, die im Wesentlichen gleich der Höhe der Lage aus Trockennudeln ist, wodurch die Zwischenwand (36) und die zweite Hauptwand (16) im Inneren des Behälters (10) einen im Wesentlichen quaderförmigen Raum (38) bilden, der dazu geeignet ist, die Lage der Trockennudeln aufzunehmen und zu enthalten.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenwand (36) elastisch zur zweiten Hauptwand (16) hin geschoben wird.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt ein rechtwinkliges Trapez ist und in dem Behälter (10a) die zweite Hauptwand (16) senkrecht zur ersten Wand (18) und senkrecht zu der dieser gegenüberliegenden, zweiten Wand (20) ist.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Hauptwand (16) mit zumindest einer zentralen Öffnung (26) versehen ist, die mit einer transparenten Folie verschlossen ist.
  5. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Hauptwand (16) mit einer Schwächungslinie (28a) versehen ist, die in sich einen im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Abschnitt (28) begrenzt, der einen leicht zu öffnenden Abschnitt darstellt.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem vorgestanzten Zuschnitt (50) hergestellt ist.
  7. Verpackung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem vorgestanzten Zuschnitt (50) ein Abschnitt (56), der die Zwischenwand (36) bilden soll, als integraler Bestandteil von diesem gebildet ist.
  8. Verpackung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (56) einem Abschnitt zugeordnet ist, der eine Hauptwand (16, 18) bilden soll und von Letzterem durch eine Faltlinie (56a) getrennt ist, die ein Mittel bildet, um die Zwischenwand (36) elastisch in Richtung zur Hauptwand (16) zu schieben.
