Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Fixierung für eine Beschaufelung einer Strömungsmaschine, bei der längs einer Befestigungsnut (1) eine Anzahl von Turbinenschaufeln (31, 32) und Zwischenstücken eingebracht ist und zwischen wenigstens zwei innerhalb der Befestigungsnut (1) benachbart eingebrachten Turbinenschaufeln (31, 32) ein Montagezwischenspalt vorgesehen ist, umfassend folgende Verfahrenschritte:die Turbinenschaufeln (31, 32) und Zwischenstücke werden in die Befestigungsnut (1) eingesetzt bis nur noch der Montagezwischenspalt für den Rotor-Schluss übrigbleibt,zwei als Schlusshälften (41, 42) ausgebildete Einsatzelemente werden in den Montagezwischenspalt eingesetzt, wobei die Schlusshälften (41, 42) eine an die Breite des Montagezwischenspaltes angepaßte Breite aufweisen und einen Spalt zwischen sich einschließen,ein Keil (6) wird in den Spalt zwischen die Schlusshälften (41, 42) eingesetzt, so dass ein Zwischenraum (7) zwischen den Schlusshälften (41, 42) oberhalb des Keil (6) verbleibt,die Schlusshälften (41, 42) werden mit dem Keil (6) innerhalb des Zwischenraum (7) mit einer Verbindungsschweissung (10) verscheisst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Verschweissen zwischen der Befestigungsnut (1) und jeweils einer Schlusshälfte (41, 42) Blechbeilagen (9) montiert werden und die Blechbeilagen (9) nach dem Verschweissen wieder entfernt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Verfahren auf den Oberflächen der Schlusshälften (41, 42), die zum Zwischenraum (7) hin ausgerichtet ist, eine Pufferschweissung (8) angebracht wird und die Schlusshälften (41, 42) mit dem Keil (6) innerhalb des Zwischenraum (7) an der Pufferschweissung (8) verscheisst werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Turbinenschaufeln (31, 32) Laufschaufeln in einer Befestigungsnut (1) eines Rotors (2) oder Leitschaufeln in einer Befestigungsnut (1) eines Stators montiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschaufelung eines Verdichters oder einer Turbine montiert wird.
- Fixierungsvorrichtung für eine Beschaufelung einer Strömungsmaschine,bei der längs einer Befestigungsnut (1) eine Anzahl von Turbinenschaufeln (31, 32) und Zwischenstücke eingebracht ist und zwischen wenigstens zwei innerhalb der Befestigungsnut (1) benachbart eingebrachten Turbinenschaufeln (31, 32) ein Montagezwischenspalt vorgesehen ist,zwei als Schlusshälften (41, 42) ausgebildete Einsatzelemente in dem Montagezwischenspalt eingesetzt sind, wobei die Schlusshälften (41, 42) eine an die Breite des Montagezwischenspaltes angepaßte Breite aufweisen und einen Spalt zwischen sich einschließen,ein Keil (6) in den Spalt zwischen die Schlusshälften (41, 42) eingesetzt ist unddie Schlusshälften (41, 42) mit dem Keil (6) oberhalb des Keils (6) mit einer Verbindungsschweissung (10) verscheisst sind.
- Fixierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Befestigungsnut (1) und jeweils einer Schlusshälfte (41, 42) ein axiales Spiel (d) besteht.
- Fixierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen je einer Schlusshälften (41, 42) und der Verbindungsschweissung (10) eine Pufferschweissung (8) angebracht ist.
- Fixierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Turbinenschaufeln (31, 32) Laufschaufeln in einer Befestigungsnut (1) eines Rotors (2) oder Leitschaufeln in einer Befestigungsnut (1) eines Stators sind.
- Fixierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strömungsmaschine ein Verdichter oder eine Turbine ist.
