Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gelöteten Profilrohrs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Schritte aufweist:
    (i) Vorbereiten einer Aluminiumblechplatte, beschichtet mit einer Ummantelungsschicht, mit einer Länge, die der Länge eines zu formenden Profilrohrs entspricht, und mit einer Überlappung an der ersten ihrer Längskanten und rechteckigen Vorsprüngen mit einer Breite, die im Wesentlichen der Dicke einer Blechplatte entspricht, an der zweiten Längskante,
    (ii) Ausbilden, in der Überlappung, einer Anzahl von rechteckigen Öffnungen, die den Vorsprüngen entsprechen, mit einer Breite, die größer ist als die Dicke der Blechplatte,
    (iii) Falten der Blechplatte, um ein Profilrohr zu bilden, und Einfügen der Vorsprünge in die Öffnungen,
    (iv) Schließen des rohrförmigen Elements durch Ausformen von Enden der Vorsprünge in den Öffnungen; und
    (v) Löten des Profilrohrs.
  2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profilrohr einen rechteckigen Querschnitt hat.
  3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Öffnungen und Vorsprünge in gleichem Abstand entlang der Längsachse des Profilrohrs angeordnet sind.
  4. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profilrohr eine Endkammer eines Wärmetauschers ist.
  5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es vor dem Löten einen zusätzlichen Schritt eines Ausbildens einer Vielzahl von Öffnungen für Kühlkemrohre aufweist.
  6. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überlappung die Wand parallel zu dem Kühlkern des Wärmetauschers abschließt.
