Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Infrarotstrahler mit einem langgestreckten, gasdichten Hüllrohr aus Quarzglas und einem in dem Hüllrohr angeordneten Heizleiter aus Kohlenstoff, wobei der Heizleiter mit mindestens zwei elektrischen Kontakten außerhalb des Hüllrohres elektrisch verbunden ist und wobei der Heizleiter durch mindestens einen Abstandshalter beabstandet vom Hüllrohr und in diesem zentriert angeordnet ist, und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heizleiter als langgestrecktes Band ausgebildet ist, dass der mindestens eine Abstandshalter als Scheibe ausgebildet ist, wobei die Scheibe eine Öffnung zur Durchführung des Heizleiters aufweist, wobei die Scheibe den offenen Querschnitt zwischen dem Heizleiter und dem Hüllrohr zumindest teilweise ausfüllt, und wobei die Scheibe aus kohlefaserverstärktem Kohlenstoff (CFC) gebildet ist.

The invention relates to an infrared radiator with an elongated, gas-tight cladding tube made of quartz glass and disposed in the cladding heating element made of carbon, wherein the heating element is electrically connected to at least two electrical contacts outside the cladding tube and wherein the heating conductor by at least one spacer spaced from the cladding tube and in is arranged centered, and is characterized in that the heating conductor is formed as an elongated band, that the at least one spacer is formed as a disc, wherein the disc has an opening for the passage of the heat conductor, wherein the disc has the open cross section between the heating conductor and at least partially fills the cladding tube, and wherein the disc of carbon fiber reinforced carbon (CFC) is formed.
