Abstract
L'invention concerne la transmission d'un train de données avec un débit binaire pouvant être adapté, désigné comme débit binaire des données, via un canal de transmission possédant un débit binaire à canaux variables. Ce récepteur comprend un tampon de réception et un décodeur. Selon l'invention, le risque de blocage de données et le risque de débordement de données dans ledit tampon de réception sont évalués. Une estimation du débit de transmission du canal en cours est effectuée. Enfin, une adaptation dudit débit binaire est déclenchée en fonction de la dite estimation du débit de transmission du canal en cours en présence d'un risque de blocage de données ou de débordement de données.
