Abstract

Claims (9)

  1. Document de valeur, par exemple billet de banque, avec un élément transparent (4) et une zone de sécurité optique qui présente une première structure optique périodique, par exemple des lignes de treillis de traits, une trame de lignes parallèle ou une trame de points, et qui contient une marque de sécurité dont les contours délimitent une deuxième structure optique périodique, par exemple un treillis de traits, une trame de lignes parallèle ou une trame de points, qui est décalée par rapport à la première, caractérisé en ce qu'afin de faciliter la reconnaissance de la marque de sécurité (5) sur une zone de la zone de sécurité (3), l'élément transparent (4) est fixé au document de valeur, et en ce que la partie de la marque de sécurité (5) recouverte par l'élément transparent (4) est toujours reconnaissable à l'oeil nu.
  2. Document de valeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface occupée par la zone de sécurité (3) est recouverte par l'élément transparent (4).
  3. Document de valeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément transparent (4) présente une structure optique semblable ou identique à la première structure optique périodique ou à la deuxième.
  4. Document de valeur selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la première structure optique périodique et la deuxième structure optique périodique se composent chacune de lignes de treillis de traits, de grilles de hachures parallèles ou de grilles de points (1, 2), la distance entre les lignes de treillis de traits, grilles de hachures parallèles ou grilles de points (1, 2) voisines étant de préférence de 1,5 fois la grosseur des traits des lignes de treillis de traits, des grilles de hachures parallèles ou des grilles de points (1, 2).
  5. Document de valeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les lignes de treillis de traits, grilles de hachures parallèles ou grilles de points (1) de la première structure optique périodique sont décalées d'une distance de décalage (L) par rapport aux lignes de treillis de traits, grilles de hachures parallèles ou grilles de points (2) de la deuxième structure optique périodique.
  6. Document de valeur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la distance de décalage (L) est approximativement égale à la moitié de la distance (a) entre les lignes de treillis de traits, grilles de hachures parallèles ou grilles de points (1, 2) de la première structure optique périodique ou de la deuxième.
  7. Document de valeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément transparent est formé par un film transparent (4) avec des lignes de treillis de traits, grilles de hachures parallèles ou grilles de points (9).
  8. Document de valeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément transparent est formé par un film (4) muni de fentes (10) allongées parallèles, de préférence un film de plastique métallisé.
  9. Document de valeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le film fait partie d'un film à hologramme qui est estampé sur le document de valeur.
