Description

SPULVORRICHTUNG EINER TOILETTENANLAGE MIT SPULARM ZUM AUSSPULEN EINER TOILETTEN SCHÜSSELSPOOL DEVICE OF A TOILET SYSTEM WITH SPOOL ARM FOR RINSING A TOILET BOWL
The invention relates to a flushing device of a toilet system, with a toilet bowl which has an opening in a lower region to which a disposal line is to be connected and with means for rinsing the inside of the toilet bowl with water.
Flushing devices of the type mentioned are generally known. In a widely used embodiment, the flushing device has a flushing channel in the edge of the toilet bowl, which is connected to a flushing cistern. The flushing cistern is actuated for flushing and flushing water enters the flushing channel and from there through openings to the inside of the toilet bowl. The water runs down this inside into the drain opening. Here, the toilet bowl is cleaned. Improvements in the cistern as well as in the toilet bowl have resulted in that relatively little water can be flushed and the toilet bowl can be cleaned. In principle, however, there is still a need to reduce the flushing water consumption for toilet facilities even further.
The invention has for its object to provide a flushing device of the type mentioned, which nevertheless enables efficient cleaning of the toilet bowl with lower water consumption. The object is achieved in accordance with claim 1. In a flushing device according to the invention, an extendable flush arm is provided for cleaning the toilet bowl, with which the inside of the toilet bowl can be flushed out with water. With the rinse arm, water can be targeted against the inside of the Injected toilet bowl and cleaned them. The water can be directed against the critical areas of the inside of the bowl. Efficient cleaning of the toilet bowl is thus possible with low water consumption.
According to a development of the invention, it is provided that the flushing arm can be moved. This makes it possible to direct the flush arm even more specifically against the areas of the inside of the toilet bowl to be cleaned. This enables even more efficient cleaning with low water consumption.
The mentioned mobility includes in particular a movement in the longitudinal direction of the washing arm, a rotation about the longitudinal direction of the washing arm and a swiveling or circular movement. Combinations of the movements mentioned are also conceivable. In this way, in particular a special shape of the toilet bowl can be taken into account.
According to a further development of the invention, the flushing arm is integrated in an under-shower or provided in addition to the under-shower. This makes it possible to use the water supply for the sub-shower and the control unit to clean the toilet bowl at the same time.
According to a further development of the invention, it is provided that the toilet system is provided with a suction device with which a flushing process with very little or even no flushing water is possible.
According to a development of the invention, the flushing arm is automatically controlled and runs through a flushing program which is adapted to the design of the toilet bowl. The rinse arm is preferably connected to a pressurized water pipe. The optimized flushing program can take the exact amount of water required from the pressurized water line.
According to a development of the invention, it is provided that a sub-shower and at least one flushing arm are controlled in such a way that the body is cleaned in a first cycle and the toilet bowl is cleaned in a second cycle. Both cycles can be controlled by the same control device. This enables optimal body cleaning as well as optimal cleaning of the toilet facility.

Die Schüssel 5 ist in Draufsicht etwa pilzför ig ausgebildet und besitzt einen oberen Rand 5a, an dem als Sitzgelegenheit 2 Platten 8, sogenannte Pads, befestigt sind.1 to 3 show a toilet system 1 which has a bowl 5 which is made, for example, of sheet steel or ceramic. A comparatively steep inside 7a in a rear region 7a is connected at a lower end to a suction channel 6, to which a suction device 25 is connected. The suction device 25 has means not shown here, for example a pump, with which a negative pressure can be generated in the suction channel 6. The bowl 5 is approximately mushroom-shaped in plan view and has an upper edge 5a, to which 2 plates 8, so-called pads, are attached as seating.
Er dient einerseits als ünterdusche zur Körper einigung und weist hierzu an einem vorderen Kopf 9a nach oben gerichtete Düsen 19 auf, durch die ein nach oben gerichteter WasserstrahlIn the upper region of a rear wall 5b of the bowl 5, a flushing arm 9 is mounted in a recess 5c of the bowl 5 and, as can be seen, protrudes obliquely forward into the bowl 5. The rinsing arm 9 is equipped with a drive 23 not shown here the directions of the double arrow 17 and in the directions of the double arrow 18 movable. Furthermore, the rinsing arm 9 is connected to a water line 24. The flush arm 9 has two functions. It serves on the one hand as a sub-shower for body unification and has for this purpose on a front head 9a upwardly directed nozzles 19 through which an upward water jet
The use and design of a flush arm 9 as a shower is known per se. For this purpose, reference is made to WO 02/22971 AI. The rinsing arm 9 serves at the same time for cleaning the inner surface 7 of the toilet bowl 5. For this purpose, the head 9a has on its underside directed nozzles 29 with which a water jet directed downwards
The rinsing arm 9 is thus used for body cleaning and for cleaning the bowl 5 at the same time. These two functions are carried out in succession. In a first cycle, the body is cleaned with the water jet S1. In a second cycle, the bowl 5 is cleaned with the water jet S2. In a third cycle, the body dries with warmth in a manner known per se. The rinse arm 9 can also be used here in a manner known per se. Drying of the bowl 5 by means of warm air is also possible here. Suitable means for generating warm air are known to the person skilled in the art. Reference is also made here to the aforementioned WO 02/22971 AI. In this third cycle, an odor trap (not shown here) can also be refilled. This is also done with the water jet S2 directed downwards. The cycles mentioned are preferably controlled with an automatic program; here parameters, preferably the rinsing sides, can be set in an optimized manner.
Denkbar ist auch die Zugabe von Reinigungs- und/oder Duftmitteln.1 to 3 show the rinsing arm 9 in a working position in which it is extended. In the rest position, the flushing arm 9 is essentially completely retracted into the recess 5c. Ren. For cleaning the basin 5, the rinsing arm 9 is movable in the extended position shown in the directions of the double arrow 18 about its longitudinal axis. During this movement, the water jet S2 is pivoted accordingly. Here, the inside 7 is washed thoroughly and the rinsed-off residues are washed into the suction channel 6 '. By generating a negative pressure in the suction channel 6, the water and the components washed away can be drawn off. If necessary, this can be repeated several times. The water jet S2 is a pressure jet, whereby the pressure can be higher than that of the water jet S1. In order to increase the cleaning effect, the temperature of the water jet S2 can be increased. The addition of cleaning agents and / or fragrances is also conceivable.
Damit möglichst die gesamte Innenfläche 7 besprüht werden kann, ist der Spülarm .10 in den Richtungen des Doppelpfeils 21 hin und her schwenkbar.4 to 6 show a toilet system 2, which differs from the toilet system 1 by a different flush arm 10. This flushing arm 10 can also be used as a shower and has a head 10a with which an upward water jet S3 can be generated. To clean the basin 5, the head 10a is provided with downwardly directed nozzles 10b and with forwardly directed nozzles 10c. With the nozzles 10a and 10c, a water jet S4 can be generated, which has downward and forwardly directed spray jets. So that the entire inner surface 7 can be sprayed as far as possible, the flushing arm .10 can be pivoted back and forth in the directions of the double arrow 21.
At the same time, the rinsing arm 10 can be pivoted about its longitudinal axis in the directions of the double arrow 22. The movements according to the double arrows 21 and 22 are controlled and adjusted so that the inner surface 7 is sprayed optimally. The cleaning process is timed and can be repeated. The above-mentioned three cycles are also preferably carried out in the toilet installation 2. The toilet system 3 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 has a shower arm 11 and two washing arms 12 running parallel to the shower arm 11. The shower arm 11 has a head 11a with only borrowed upward nozzle openings 30, with which an upward directed shower jet S5 can be generated. The two rinsing arms 12 arranged laterally next to the shower arm 11 each have a head 12a with downwardly directed nozzle openings, not shown here, with which a downward water jet 36 can be generated in each case. The two rinsing arms 12 can each be pivoted about their longitudinal axis in the directions of the double arrow 26. Here, the two water jets S6 are pivoted accordingly and spray the inside 7 of the basin 5. The two heads 12a can also have forwardly directed nozzle openings, as is the case with head 10a. The shower arm 11 and the two rinsing arms 12 are shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 in the working position. To clean the body, the shower arm 11 is first extended and the body is cleaned and dried with it. To clean the inside 7, the shower arm 11 is moved back into the rest position and at the same time the two rinsing arms are extended and pivoted for cleaning the inside 7 as mentioned. After cleaning the inner surface 7a and, if necessary, after refilling the odor trap, which is not shown here, the two rinsing arms 12 are moved back into the rest position. When cleaning the bowl 5, the shower arm 11 is thus sunk and cannot be contaminated. This is very advantageous for hygienic reasons.
The toilet system 4 shown in FIGS. 9 to 11 has a flush arm 13 which has a spherical head 14 which can be rotated about its center in the directions of the double arrows 16. The head 14 is provided with a multiple Number of nozzle openings 31 provided, with which an upward directed shower jet S7, a forwardly directed cleaning jet S8 and a downwardly directed cleaning jet S9 can be generated. ' . The mentioned head-like movements of the head 14 are preferably only for cleaning . ' the inside 7 executed. The head 14 is preferably not moved to clean the body. In principle, however, he can also perform a suitable movement.
In the above-described toilet facilities 1, 2, 3 and 4, body cleaning and cleaning of the bowl 5 are provided. Basically, the cleaning of the bowl 5 is primarily essential here and the body cleaning can also be omitted in principle. For example, in the case of the toilet system 3, the shower arm 11 can in principle also be omitted. The bowl 5 is preferably a toilet bowl, but in principle it can also be a bowl for a urinal. The flushing channel provided in conventional toilet systems and also a cistern are not necessary for the toilet systems 1 to 4, but are in principle not excluded. Instead of the suction channel 6, a conventional siphon can in principle also be provided. Suction with negative pressure is preferred here due to the low water consumption.
