Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Filterstabs (16) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten:Fördern wenigstens eines Filtermaterials (15), umfassend wenigstens eine Sorte Mehrfachkomponentenfasern in eine Form (13)Pressen des Filtermaterials (15) durch Zusammenführen eines Formgegenstücks (14) und der Form (13), wobei eine vorgebbare Formgebung des Filtermaterials (15) erzielt wird,Zuführen von Energie (19) zu dem gepressten Filtermaterial (15), um ein Verkleben des Filtermaterials (15) an Berührungspunkten mit dem Filtermaterial (15) zu ermöglichen undAbkühlen des gepressten Filtermaterials (15).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vereinzelte Fasern als Filtermaterial (15) gefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Sorte Mehrfachkomponentenfasern eine Bikomponentenfaser ist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Filtermaterial (15) wenigstens eine Sorte eines Additivs umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filtermaterialien (15) vor oder während der Förderung gemischt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufuhr von Energie (19) wenigstens teilweise in einem Bereich (20) geschieht, in der das Filtermaterial (15) gepresst wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Filterstabs (16) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit einer Filtermaterialzuführvorrichtung (10), mittels der Filtermaterial (15) einem Förderer (24) zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderer (24) wenigstens eine Form (13) umfasst, die eine vorgebbare Formgebung des Filterstabs (16) ermöglicht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Formgegenstück (14) vorgesehen ist, das mit der Form (13) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formgegenstück (14) trapezförmig ausgestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Nut (28) in der Form (13) vorgesehen ist, deren Längsachse quer zur Förderrichtung (29) des Förderers orientiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderer (24) ein erstes Förderband (24) umfaßt, wobei die wenigstens eine Form (13) auf dem Förderband (24) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Formgegenstück (14) auf einem zweiten Förderband (25) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filtermaterialzuführvorrichtung (10) eine Misch- und/oder Vereinzelungsvorrichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderer (24) luftdurchlässig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form (13) und/oder das Formgegenstück (14) wenigstens zeitweise erwärmbar sind.
