Claims (17)

  1. Boîtier d'emballage formant réceptacle pour un produit cosmétique, de thérapeutique humaine ou d'hygiène humaine, cette boîte comprenant deux faces latérales (10, 30) opposées, chacune munie d'une ouverture (12, 32) dans laquelle la partie inférieure est délimitée par une bande (14, 34) déplacée vers l'intérieur dans la boîte afin de supporter ledit réceptacle (100) à son bord supérieur, la boîte étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une face distincte, munie d'une fenêtre (22) permettant au réceptacle (100) de faire saillie partiellement au-delà de celle-ci, cette fenêtre (22) étant munie d'un volet (24) découpé à partir de la fenêtre couvrant les bords supérieurs des bandes supports (14, 34) et forme ainsi une plateforme de réception pour le réceptacle.
  2. Ensemble composé d'une boîte d'emballage selon la revendication 1 et d'un réceptacle placé à l'intérieur de cet emballage.
  3. Ensemble selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle est un pot de produit d'application cutanée.
  4. Ensemble selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle (100) fait saillie à travers la fenêtre (22) au-delà du plan principal de la face (20) entourant cette fenêtre (22).
  5. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la boîte présente une épaisseur, mesurée entre sa face (20) formant ladite fenêtre (22) et sa face arrière (40), inférieure au diamètre du réceptacle (100).
  6. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur de la fenêtre (22) est égale à la hauteur du réceptacle (100).
  7. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (12, 32) formées dans les parois latérales (10, 30) de la boîte sont légèrement décalées en direction de la face (20) de la boîte qui forme la fenêtre (22).
  8. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une garniture de colle, reliant une face du volet (24) et une partie inférieure du réceptacle (100).
  9. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une série de gorges de rigidification, agencées transversalement par rapport aux parois (10, 30) formant lesdites ouvertures (12, 32).
  10. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le volet (24) comprend une ligne de pliage, formée à partir d'une découpure (27) préliminaire intermittente.
  11. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la boîte est réalisée à partir d'une face de carton.
  12. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la boîte comprend une deuxième fenêtre (42) placée à l'opposé de ladite première fenêtre (22), et en ce que ces deux fenêtres (22, 42) sont toutes deux partiellement traversées par le réceptacle (100).
  13. Procédé d'emballage pour un réceptacle de produit cosmétique, de thérapeutique humaine, ou d'hygiène humaine, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à :
    - fournir un côté configuré pour former une boîte de réception pour le réceptacle, ce côté étant muni de deux faces (10, 30) opposées de la boîte, chacune munie d'une ouverture (12, 32) ;
    - pousser deux bandes vers l'intérieur, chacune appartenant à l'une de ces faces (10, 30) opposées et chacune délimitant l'un de ces deux ouvertures (12, 32) sur le bord inférieur, de manière à former un support inférieur pour le réceptacle ;
    - fournir une fenêtre (22) sur une troisième face de cette boîte, suffisamment grande pour que le réceptacle (100) puisse partiellement passer à travers elle ;
    - fournir un volet (24) attaché à un bord inférieur de cette fenêtre (22), et pousser ce volet (24) vers l'intérieur dans la boîte, de manière qu'il couvre les bords supérieurs des bandes supports inférieures (14, 34) du réceptacle et forme ainsi une plateforme support pour le réceptacle.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également l'étape consistant à appliquer une garniture de colle sur une face du volet (24) et à positionner le réceptacle en contact avec cette garniture de colle.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 13 ou la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle est un pot de produit pour application cutanée (100).
  16. Machine de pliage automatique pour une boîte d'emballage pour un réceptacle pour produit cosmétique, de thérapeutique humaine ou d'hygiène humaine, comprenant des moyens de pliage et des éléments de fermeture d'une telle boîte, incluant des moyens devant provoquer un déplacement vers l'intérieur des bandes inférieures (14, 34) correspondantes des deux faces (10, 30) opposées de la boîte, la machine étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend également des moyens de déplacement d'un volet (24) d'une fenêtre (22) dans la partie typique d'une face (20) de la boîte, séparée desdites deux faces opposées, vers l'intérieur dans la boîte, après le déplacement desdites bandes (14, 34) correspondantes pour les faces (10, 30) opposées.
  17. Ensemble d'emballage pour un réceptacle de produit cosmétique, de thérapeutique humaine ou d'hygiène humaine, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une machine de pliage selon la revendication précédente, et en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de collage automatiques agencés pour placer une garniture de colle sur ledit volet de fenêtre (24) et des moyens pour introduire automatiquement un réceptacle dans la boîte, après que cette garniture de colle ait été mise en place.
