Claims (10)
- Electrical rotary coupling (1, 1.1) having an inner and an outer sliding-contact ring arrangement (2, 3) for transmitting electrical currents, with the inner sliding-contact ring arrangement (2) being provided with a plurality of first slip rings (4) which at one end have first lugs (7) which pass outwards in the direction (6) of the axis, with the outer sliding-contact ring arrangement (3) being provided with a plurality of second slip rings (5) which at one end have second lugs (8) which pass outwards in a direction (9) opposite the axis, with the second slip rings (5) being provided with a plurality of spring contacts (10) which are formed by material being removed and deformation, with the spring contacts (10) of the second slip rings (5) being electrically coaxially connected to an outer slip-ring surface (18) of the first slip rings (4),
characterized- in that the respective first slip ring (4) with the first lug (7) and the respective second slip ring (5) with the second lug (8) are produced from one part,- in that the first and the second slip rings (4, 5) with the first and second lugs (7, 8) have a T shape in one development,- and in that the first and the second slip rings (4, 5) are connected in the form of a ring by a cohesive groove connection (11). - Coupling according to Claim 1, characterized in that the end region (12) of the first or of the second lugs (7, 8) is optionally provided in the form of contact tongues (13) of a plug connection (14) or as a soldered connection (15).
- Coupling according to Claim 1, characterized in that the first slip rings (4) with the first lugs (7) are encapsulated in plastic (17) to form a rotor (16), apart from the outer slip-ring surfaces (18) and the end regions (12) of the first lugs (7).
- Coupling according to Claim 1, characterized in that the second slip rings (5) with the second lugs (8) are held by a sleeve (19) made of plastic (17).
- Coupling according to Claim 4, characterized in that the sleeve (19) comprises two identical half-shells (20, 21) which can be fixed to one another.
- Coupling according to Claim 4, characterized in that the sleeve (19) is held by a housing (22) which can be fixed on the outside.
- Coupling according to Claims 3 and 4, characterized in that that end of the rotor (16) which is opposite the first lugs (7) is provided with latching projections (23) which correspond to the sleeve (19) in such a way that axial displacement of the rotor (16) is prevented.
- Coupling according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rotor (16) is provided with a plug connection (14).
- Coupling according to Claim 1, characterized in that the first and the second slip rings (4, 5) are optionally provided for operating resistive, inductive loads and video signals.
- Coupling according to Claim 1, characterized in that the coupling (1) is provided for a rotary joint (24) of a stand (25).
