Claims (8)
- Einspureinrichtung für einen Starter, mit einer von einem elektrischen Startermotor antreibbaren Antriebswelle (12) und einer mit der Antriebswelle (12) in Wirkverbindung stehenden Abtriebswelle (16), welche mit einer Ritzelwelle (30) gekoppelt ist, wobei ein Vorschub der Abtriebswelle (16) mittels eines Steilgewindes (18) zwischen der Antriebswelle (12) und einem Mitnehmer (15) der Abtriebswelle (16) sowie mittels einer Vorschubeinrichtung erfolgt, die insbesondere mit dem Startermotor gekoppelt ist, wobei zwischen dem Mitnehmer (15) der Abtriebswelle (16) und der Ritzelwelle (30) wenigstens eine Einspurfeder (36) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (15) über eine Geradverzahnung (28) drehfest und axial verschiebbar mit der Ritzelwelle (30) gekoppelt ist.
- Einspureinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (15) einen Freilauf (22) umfasst, dessen Innenring (26) über die Geradverzahnung (28) mit der Ritzelwelle (30) gekoppelt ist.
- Einspureinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspurfeder (36) zwischen Innenring (26) und Ritzelwelle (30) angeordnet ist.
- Einspureinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspurfeder (36) eine Spiralfeder ist.
- Einspureinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspurfeder (36) ein Federring ist.
- Einspureinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspurfeder (36) eine Wellscheibe ist.
- Einspureinrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine weitere Einspurfeder (34) zwischen der Vorschubeinrichtung (42) und einem Außenring (20) des Freilaufs (22) angeordnet ist.
- Einspureinrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Starter ein frei ausstoßender Starter oder ein Maulstarter ist.
