Constant damping between the bogie and the vehicle underframe is maintained in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle as yawing motion occurs by shearing of the springs 18, rather than having to wait until slack in the system has been taken up.

Claims (8)
- Gleitstück zur Anbringung zwischen einem Drehgestell und einem Untergestell eines Eisenbahnfahrzeugs, wobei das Gleitstück eine untere Komponente (10), die so geformt ist, dass sie einen ersten Hohlraum (16) bildet, eine obere Komponente (20), die einen Reibschuh (22) im Allgemeinen keilartiger Form, der von einem Trageelement (24) getragen wird und für allgemein vertikale Bewegung relativ zu der unteren Komponente (10) geführt wird, sowie eine federnde Spanneinrichtung umfasst, die die obere Komponente (20) von der unteren Komponente (10) weg drückt; wobei
wenigstens ein Abschnitt des Trageelementes (24) der oberen Komponente (20) sich wenigstens in Funktion in dem Hohlraum (16) befindet, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trageelement (22) der oberen Komponente relativ zu dem ersten Hohlraum (16) so bemessen ist, dass ein geringes Maß an horizontaler Bewegung des Trageelementes und der oberen Komponente (20) zugelassen wird; und dadurch,
dass die federnde Spanneinrichtung eine Vielzahl von Schraubenfedern (18) umfasst, die zwischen der oberen und der unteren Komponente (10, 20) angebracht und mit ihnen in Eingriff sind, um der im Allgemeinen horizontalen relativen Bewegung der oberen und der unteren Komponente (10, 20) zueinander durch Scheren der Vielzahl von Schraubenfedern (18) Widerstand entgegenzusetzen. - Gleitstück nach Anspruch 1, das des Weiteren einen Anschlagpuffer umfasst.
- Gleitstück nach Anspruch 2, wobei die untere Komponente (10) einen Rollen-Hohlraum (32) aufweist, in dem sich eine Rolle (34) befindet, die Rolle (34) aus dem Hohlraum (32) vorsteht und so eingerichtet ist, dass sie als der Anschlagpuffer wirkt, und die Rolle (34) in dem Hohlraum (32) bewegt werden kann, um in Funktion auf Gierbewegung zu reagieren.
- Gleitstück nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Trageelement (22) eine keilförmige Aussparung aufweist und der Reibschuh eine keilförmige Fläche aufweist, die in der Aussparung des Trageelementes (24) aufgenommen ist.
- Gleitstück nach Anspruch 4, wobei die keilförmige Fläche des Reibschuhs (22) eine Spitze und ein Paar seitlicher Abschnitte aufweist, die sich auf beiden Seiten von der Spitze aus erstrecken, die Vielzahl von Federn (18) wenigstens drei Schraubenfedern umfasst, die nebeneinander angeordnet sind, ein Ende der mittleren Feder den Spitzenabschnitt der keilförmigen Fläche des Reibschuhs (22) trägt und die Federn auf beiden Seiten der Mittelfeder die jeweiligen seitlichen Abschnitte der keilförmigen Fläche des Reibschuhs (22) tragen.
- Gleitstück nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei Vorsprünge (30), die in jeweilige Öffnungen (28) eingreifen, den Reibschuh (22) relativ zu dem Trageelement (24) fixieren.
- Gleitstück nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Reibschuh (22) eine gekrümmte Verschleißfläche aufweist.
- Gleitstück nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Vielzahl von Federn (18) drei Schraubenfedern umfasst, die nebeneinander in dem Hohlraum (16) angeordnet sind, der in der unteren Komponente (10) ausgebildet ist.
