Claims (18)
- Mât en carbone réalisé à partir d'un tube, notamment en matériau pré-imprégné, fabriqué par enroulement filamentaire ou par pultrusion, caractérisé en ce que ledit tube (1) est maintenu étanche en y fixant par collage les pièces d'accrochage des différents éléments équipant le mât et notamment la pièce de tête de mât (15), la ferrure (16) pour l'accrochage du spinnaker, la ferrure (17) pour l'accrochage de l'étai et des haubans, la ferrure (18) pour l'accrochage des barres de flèches, la ferrure (19) pour l'accrochage de la bôme et les ferrures (20, 21), respectivement d'étambrai et de pied de mât, ces différentes ferrures étant réalisées de manière à contribuer à assurer l'étanchéité du mât.
- Mât selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les différentes pièces d'accrochage comportent une ferrure en fer à cheval qui est conçue de façon à venir s'appliquer contre les paroi du tube (1) constituant le mât, en épousant le profil de ces dernières, ladite ferrure en fer à cheval présentant des dimensions internes légèrement plus petites que le profil extérieur du mât, et sa mise en place sur ce profil étant assurée à l'aide d'une pince (27), qui vient s'appuyer sur la pièce d'accrochage (29) par l'intermédiaire d'un becquet.
- Mât selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le collage des pièces d'accrochage sur le tube en carbone (1) constituant le profil du mât s'effectue par injection de colle au travers de canaux (36) prévus dans lesdites pièces.
- Mât selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites pièces d'accrochage sont réalisées par moulage en mettant en oeuvre un noyau de moule (22) dans lequel est positionné un contre-moule (23), notamment en silicone armé de fibres de verre ou de carbone, des tissus extérieurs et intérieurs multidirectionnels (24) entre lesquels sont mis en place des fils unidirectionnels étant drapés dans le moule, l'ensemble étant ensuite placé dans le moule en silicone (23) puis refermé sur le noyau de moule (22) avant d'être mis sous vide puis placé en étuve ou en autoclave.
- Mât selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que, avant de refermer le contre-moule (23) sur le noyau de moule (22), on place autour du noyau (22) un film (26), notamment en silicone nervuré, en vue d'obtenir les canaux par l'intermédiaire desquels s'effectue l'injection de la colle assurant la fixation de la pièce sur le profil du mât.
- Mât selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on colle, à l'arrière du profil du mât (1) et à l'intérieur de celui-ci, un tube en matière plastique (3) destiné à recevoir les drisses (4), des tubes de plus petit diamètre (5) pouvant être prévus pour le passage des fils électriques au travers du mât.
- Mât selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la mise en place et la fixation du tube (3) recevant les drisses s'effectuent par collage, en déposant sur ledit tube des bandes adhésives (9) et en plaçant le tube sur un support (10) muni de griffes (11) constituant un berceau sur lequel repose ledit tube, ce support étant poussé à l'intérieur du profil du mât, puis entraíné en rotation de manière que le tube vienne se positionner à l'emplacement approprié dans le profil du mât, en reposant sur les bandes adhésives, une charge (12, 13) étant prévue pour assurer la pression nécessaire à la prise du collage.
- Mât selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un profil extérieur (8), rapporté sur le profil du mât (1) afin d'assurer la protection des drisses (4) et des fils électriques (6).
- Mât selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'accrochage d'étai ou de prise de spinnaker (16) est constituée de fibres unidirectionnelles et multidirectionnelles et elle est composée d'une ferrure en forme de fer à cheval (31) venant se positionner sur le mât en en épousant la forme extérieure de son profil, cette pièce collée sur le mât recevant un étrier (32) pour l'ancrage de l'étai et la mise en place des poulies de drisse, cet étrier étant maintenu sur la ferrure (31) à l'aide d'un axe (33), une douille métallique (34) étant interposée entre ledit axe et des paliers supports (35) faisant partie intégrante de la ferrure (31).
- Mât selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce (17) servant à l'accrochage de l'étai et des haubans est constituée d'une ferrure en fer à cheval (38) dont la paroi épouse le profil extérieur du mât et qui comporte deux nervures (39, 39') recevant des étriers porte-haubans (40, 40') qui sont maintenus sur la ferrure (38) à l'aide d'axes d'articulation.
- Mât selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce (18) supportant les barres de flèches et portant les haubans est constituée d'une ferrure en forme de fer à cheval (41) qui est positionnée sur le profil extérieur du mât en en épousant la forme, cette ferrure comportant des nervures (41, 41') entre lesquelles est interposé un étrier porte-haubans (42) s'appuyant sur un tube de renfort (43), les barres de flèches (44, 44') étant supportées à l'aide d'une douille (45) par l'intermédiaire d'une tige filetée (46) sur laquelle vient se visser une douille (47) recevant l'extrémité respective des barres de flèches.
- Mât selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce (18) supportant les barres de flèches et portant les haubans est constituée d'une ferrure en forme de fer à cheval (48) qui est positionnée sur le profil extérieur du mât en en épousant la forme, cette ferrure étant constituée d'une peau ondulée et nervurée sur laquelle sont vissées des tiges filetées (49) à l'extrémité desquelles est prévue une sphère (50) sur laquelle vient prendre appui une porté sphérique prévue à l'extrémité de chaque barre de flèches (52).
- Mât selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que chaque hauban (53) se termine par une tête hémisphérique (54) qui prend appui sur un épaulement en carbone (55) par l'intermédiaire d'une coupelle de frottement (56), cet épaulement étant prolongé vers l'avant et vers l'arrière afin de recevoir les supports (57) de barres de flèches, ces supports faisant partie de ladite ferrure (48).
- Mât selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une tête de mât étanche (15) qui vient s'emboíter sur la partie supérieure du profil du mât (1), cette tête de mât comportant une collerette (60) entourant la partie supérieure du mât ainsi qu'une partie en saillie (59) pour le passage des drisses.
- Mât selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce d'étambrai (20) est constituée d'un élément circulaire (64) conformé de façon à recevoir le profil du mât 1, cette pièce prenant appui sur une douille (65) fixée au pont du bateau, une collerette (67) étant collée sur le profil du mât de façon à venir recouvrir la douille (65), un joint (68) assurant l'étanchéité entre la dite collerette et ladite douille.
- Mât selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support de pied de mât (21) est constitué d'une pièce en carbone (69) conçu de façon à obturer la partie inférieure du profil du mât, une cage (70) étant prévue pour le logement des reas.
- Mât selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que les efforts du mât sur le bateau sont transmis par l'intermédiaire d'un support (71) comportant une cavité sphérique dans laquelle vient se loger une sphère (72) montée à l'extrémité d'un arbre fileté (73) en prise dans un support (64) en appui sur le fond du bateau, la position verticale de ladite sphère étant réglable.
- Mât selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que les efforts du mât sur le bateau sont transmis par l'intermédiaire d'un tube cylindrique (76) sur lequel vient s'emboíter la pièce d'obturation (69), ce tube supportant le mât ainsi que la boíte à reas.
