Abstract
Description
cet emballage étant caractérisé en ce que :
- les parties desdits panneaux et volets contiguës aux lignes de pliage parallèles entre elles comportent de part et d'autre de la ligne de pliage associée une partie en saillie par rapport au bord libre correspondant de ce panneau ou de ce volet, ces parties en saillie étant divisées en deux par la ligne de pliage correspondante et destinées à former, après mise en forme de l'emballage, des dièdres de gerbage et de calage en position gerbée des emballages, tandis qu'une découpe destinée à recevoir un tel dièdre est ménagée en position correspondante dans lesdits panneaux ou volets contigus et les parties associées formant rabats ou parties de rabat suivant les lignes de pliage alignées associées ;
- et chaque panneau ou volet et la partie associée formant rabat ou partie de rabat ont une forme complémentaire.
Claims (7)
- Flan prédécoupé et refoulé en un matériau semi-rigide tel que le carton ou le carton ondulé pour la réalisation d'un emballage du type plateau ou barquette, ce flan comprenant un premier panneau (3) destiné à constituer une première paroi de l'emballage, auquel sont attenants latéralement par des lignes de pliage parallèles deux seconds panneaux (2) destinés à constituer deux secondes parois parallèles entre elles et perpendiculaires à la première paroi, chacun de ces seconds panneaux (2) étant attenant latéralement par une ligne de pliage parallèle aux précédentes à un volet (3a, 3b) lesdits volets étant destinés à venir à recouvrement et à être assemblés entre eux, après mise en forme du conditionnement, pour former une seconde première paroi (3a-3b) analogue à la première paroi (3) et perpendiculaire aux secondes parois contiguës (2), tandis que, sur chacun desdits premier et seconds panneaux et sur chacun desdits volets sont articulés par des lignes de pliage perpendiculaires aux précédentes et disposées dans le prolongement les unes des autres des parties formant rabats (4, 5, 5a, 5b) non attenantes aux parties contiguës formant rabats et destinées à être repliées perpendiculairement aux panneaux ou volets associés et à être assemblées dans cette position pour former le fond de l'emballage,
cet emballage étant caractérisé en ce que :les parties desdits panneaux (2, 3) et volets (3a, 3b) contiguës aux lignes de pliage parallèles entre elles comportent de part et d'autre de la ligne de pliage associée une partie (7, 8, 8a, 8b) en saillie par rapport au bord libre correspondant de ce panneau ou de ce volet, ces parties en saillie étant divisées en deux par la ligne de pliage correspondante et destinées à former, après mise en forme de l'emballage, des dièdres de gerbage et de calage en position gerbée des emballages, tandis qu'une découpe (9) destinée à recevoir un tel dièdre est ménagée en position correspondante dans lesdits panneaux ou volets contigus et les parties associées formant rabats ou parties de rabat suivant les lignes de pliage alignées associées ;et chaque panneau (2, 3) ou volet (3a, 3b) et la partie associée (4, 5, 5a, 5b) formant rabat ou partie de rabat ont une forme complémentaire. - Flan prédécoupé et refoulé en un matériau semi-rigide, correspondant à une moitié du flan de la revendication 1, ce flan comprenant un unique panneau (22) destiné à former une paroi de l'emballage et sur lequel sont articulés latéralement par des lignes de pliage parallèles entre elles deux volets (23a, 23b) destinés à former chacun une partie d'une paroi contiguë, un rabat (24) étant articulé sur le panneau (22) par une ligne de pliage perpendiculaire aux précédentes tandis qu'une partie de rabat (25a, 25b) est articulée sur les volets contigus (23a, 23b) par une ligne de pliage située dans le prolongement de celle par laquelle le panneau (23) et le rabat (24) sont articulés entre eux, ce flan étant caractérisé en ce que :les parties contiguës du panneau (22) et des volets (23a, 23b) comportent, de part et d'autre de la ligne de pliage associée, une partie en saillie par rapport au bord libre de ce panneau (22) ou de ces volets (23a, 23b), chaque partie en saillie étant articulée sur la partie en saillie contiguë par la ligne de pliage correspondante pour former, après mise en forme du flan, un dièdre de gerbage et de calage, tandis qu'une découpe est ménagée en position correspondante du côté opposé du panneau (22) et des volets (23a, 23b) et dans les parties associées (24, 25a, 25b) ont une forme complémentaire de la partie associée (24, 25a, 25b) formant rabats ou partie de rabats ;et le panneau (22) et les volets (23a, 23b) ont une forme complémentaire de la partie associée (24, 25a, 25b) formant rabat.
- Procédé de fabrication de flans selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les flans sont découpés et refoulés en position imbriquée les uns dans les autres dans une même plaque du matériau semi-rigide dont ils sont constitués.
- Emballage du type plateau ou barquette réalisé par mise en forme d'un flan selon la revendication 1, avec recouvrement et assemblage entre eux, par collage notamment, desdits volets (3a, 3b), d'une part, et du rabat (4) et des parties de rabats (5a, 5b), d'autre part.
- Emballage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une ouverture (6) entre les rabats (4) et parties de rabats (5a, 5b) assemblés.
- Emballage du type plateau ou barquette réalisé par mise en forme de deux flans identiques selon la revendication 2 et assemblage, par collage notamment, du rabat (24) et des parties de rabat (25a, 25b) de chacun d'entre eux, mise en position contiguë des deux structures résultantes, avec recouvrement, d'une part, des volets (23a, 23b) de l'un et des volets (23b, 23a) de l'autre, et d'autre part, des parties de rabat (25a, 25b) de l'une et des parties de rabat (25b, 25a) de l'autre, et assemblage entre elles de ces parties de volets et de ces parties de rabat, par collage notamment.
- Emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une ouverture (26) entre les rabats (24) et les parties de rabat (25a, 25b) assemblées.
