Claims (18)

  1. Une boîte en carton comprenant un premier, un deuxième, un troisième et un quatrième panneaux de paroi pour former une structure tubulaire et une disposition de paroi d'extrémité pour fermer une extrémité de la structure tubulaire, le premier et le troisième panneaux de paroi étant opposés l'un à l'autre et le deuxième et le quatrième panneaux de paroi étant opposés l'un à l'autre, la disposition de paroi supérieure comprenant un premier, un deuxième, un troisième et un quatrième rabats de fermeture articulés avec le premier, le deuxième, le troisième et le quatrième panneaux de paroi respectivement, caractérisé par le fait que le premier rabat de fermeture est muni d'une patte de verrouillage qui s'engage avec le troisième rabat de fermeture et avec un bord d'extrémité de chacun des deuxième et quatrième rabats de fermeture, en fixant ainsi tous les rabats de fermeture entre eux.
  2. Une boîte en carton selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle la patte de verrouillage s'étend depuis une partie du premier rabat de fermeture, et une ouverture est formée dans le troisième rabat, cette patte s'engageant avec l'ouverture pour maintenir le premier et le troisième panneaux de fermeture en une relation substantielle de contact de face.
  3. Une boîte en carton selon la revendication 2 dans laquelle des épaulements sont situés sur les côtés opposés de la patte de sorte à définir une paire d'éléments en retrait et dans laquelle la patte passe à travers de l'ouverture pour fixer le premier rabat de fermeture et le troisième rabat de fermeture entre eux et alors lesdits éléments en retrait se fixent avec les bords d'extrémité du deuxième et du quatrième rabats de fermeture en verrouillant de cette façon tous les premier, deuxième, troisième et quatrième rabats de fermeture entre eux.
  4. Une découpe pour former une boîte en carton comprenant un premier, un deuxième, un troisième et un quatrième panneaux de paroi pour former une structure tubulaire et un panneau de base qui ferme une extrémité inférieure de la structure et la disposition de fermeture de paroi supérieure pour fermer une extrémité supérieure de la structure tubulaire, le premier et le troisième panneaux de paroi étant opposés l'un à l'autre et le deuxième et le quatrième panneaux de paroi étant opposés l'un à l'autre, la disposition de fermeture de paroi supérieure comprenant un premier, un deuxième, un troisième et un quatrième rabats de fermeture articulés aux premier, deuxième, troisième et quatrième panneaux de paroi respectivement, caractérisé par le fait que le premier rabat de fermeture est muni d'une patte de verrouillage qui s'engage avec le troisième rabat et avec un bord d'extrémité de chacun des deuxième et quatrième rabats de fermeture en verrouillant de cette façon tous les premier, deuxième, troisième et quatrième panneaux de fermeture entre eux.
  5. Une découpe pour former une boîte en carton selon la revendication 4 dans laquelle la patte de verrouillage s'étend depuis une partie du premier rabat, et une ouverture est formée dans le troisième rabat, cette patte s'engageant avec l'ouverture pour maintenir le premier et le troisième panneaux de fermeture entre eux.
  6. Une découpe pour former une boîte en carton selon la revendication 5 dans laquelle les épaulements sont situés sur les côtés opposés de la patte de sorte à définir une paire d'éléments en retrait et dans laquelle la patte passe à travers de l'ouverture pour fixer le premier rabat de fermeture et le troisième rabat de fermeture, et alors lesdits éléments en retrait se fixent avec les bords d'extrémité du deuxième et du quatrième rabats de fermeture en verrouillant de cette façon tous les premier, deuxième, troisième et quatrième rabats de fermeture entre eux.
  7. Une boîte en carton selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 comprenant en outre, au moins, une languette qui fait saillie depuis l'un des rabats de fermeture s'engageant avec, au moins, une entaille ou ouverture correspondante définie dans un panneau de paroi adjacent.
  8. Une boîte en carton tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 7 dans laquelle la languette s'étend depuis un bord latéral dudit premier rabat pour s'engager avec l'un des deuxième et quatrième panneaux de paroi.
  9. Une boîte en carton tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 8 comprenant une deuxième languette qui s'étend depuis un bord latéral dudit premier rabat pour s'engager avec l'autre des deuxième et quatrième panneaux de paroi, et dans laquelle ledit autre panneau de paroi est muni d'une entaille ou ouverture pour recevoir la deuxième languette.
  10. Une boîte en carton tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9 dans laquelle la structure tubulaire a un corps tubulaire vertical, et la disposition de paroi d'extrémité est en retrait.
  11. Une boîte en carton tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 10 dans laquelle chacun des deuxième et quatrième panneaux de paroi comprend un corps de panneau et un panneau de renfort relié de façon pliable au corps de panneau, le panneau de renfort étant plié pour être situé dans une surface intérieure du corps de panneau, et dans laquelle le panneau de renfort est muni de ladite entaille ou ouverture.
  12. Une boîte en carton tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 10 ou la revendication 11 dans laquelle la disposition de paroi d'extrémité en retrait a une ouverture pour recevoir une partie supérieure de l'article.
  13. Une boîte en carton tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 12 dans laquelle une première ouverture de poignée est formée dans la structure tubulaire en une position par dessus de la disposition de paroi d'extrémité en retrait.
  14. Une boîte en carton tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 13 dans laquelle une deuxième ouverture de poignée est formée dans la structure tubulaire en une position par dessus de la disposition de paroi d'extrémité en retrait et à l'opposite de la première ouverture de poignée.
  15. Une boîte en carton tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 7 dans laquelle la patte a un épaulement pour s'engager avec une face inférieure du deuxième rabat d'extrémité.
  16. Une découpe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6 comprenant ainsi, en outre, au moins une languette qui fait saillie depuis l'un des rabats de fermeture et qui s'engage avec la correspondante, au moins une, entaille ou ouverture définie dans un panneau de paroi adjacent.
  17. Une découpe tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 16 dans laquelle chacun des rabats d'extrémité a une ou plusieurs ouvertures pour recevoir une partie supérieure d'un article dans une boîte en carton assemblée.
  18. Une découpe tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 16 dans laquelle une ouverture de poignée est formée dans, au moins, l'un des panneaux latéraux.
