Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Mohrphasen-Reinigungstablette, umfassend eine erste glatte Phase mit einem Gewicht von 3 bis 10 Gramm und umfassend ein schmelzbares Material und eine zweite Phase mit einem Gewicht von 15 bis 40 Gramm, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte:
    A) Vorabherstellen einer glatten Phase, umfassend einen Extrusionsschritt;
    B) Behandeln der äußeren Oberfläche der glatten Phase, so daß zumindest ein Teil der äußeren Oberfläche schmilzt;
    C) Inkontaktbringen des geschmolzenen Teils der glatten Phase mit der äußeren Oberfläche der zweiten Phase, so daß der geschmolzene Oberflächenteil der glatten Phase als eine Kontaktoberfläche genutzt wird; und
    D) Zusammenpressen der beiden Phasen, um eine adäquate Haftung der ersten glatten Phase an der zweiten Phase sicherzustellen, umfaßt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die glatte Phase 10 bis 90 Gew.-% nichtseifenartiger oberflächenaktiver Mittel und 0 bis 20 Gew.-% Wasser umfaßt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die zweite Phase eine feste Phase, bevorzugt eine verdichtete partikuläre Phase, ist.
