Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement for use in an electrical Installation system, with a multi-phase switching device for use on a busbar system and overvoltage protection devices.
- a multi-phase switching device for use on a busbar system is known from EP 1 246 212 A2. This is cylindrical for use Suitable fuses and points in a row across the rail system arranged switch contacts associated with each switch contact fuse on. This switchgear can be easily snapped onto the busbars and locks automatically.
- Devices for overvoltage protection are known, for example, from “DEHN + S ⁇ HNE, Surge Protection, Main Catalog 2002, Publication No. DS 570/2002 - www.dehn.de ".
- Such devices for overvoltage protection are mounted on top hat rails, which can be secured against overvoltages when using a corresponding number of devices for overvoltage protection against the reference potential of an N-conductor and / or a PE conductor.
- Such over-voltage protection devices mounted in DIN rails are connected by means of cables. On the one hand, this is very expensive, but on the other hand such a wiring, if it is to take place in connection with a switching device, does not take place in the immediate vicinity of the switching device because of the cable connection.
- DE 200 04 593 U1 is a busbar system with one or more Busbars, by means of a surge arrester with a reference potential are connectable described.
- One across the busbar attachable adapter bridge points for contacting the busbars a shockproof contact and at least one slot, at least one electrically connected to the contact of the busbar Plug contact has.
- the surge arrester is as plug-in module to the corresponding Recording formed in the slot of the adapter bridge and has at least one mating contact engageable with the plug contact and also a reference potential terminal connected to a reference potential is connectable.
- EP-A-1 139,533 An arrangement for use in an electrical installation with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is known from EP-A-1 139,533 known.
- the object of the present invention is to provide an arrangement for use in an installation to create, with minimal effort an electric Connection of switching device and busbar system as well Switching device and devices for surge protection are produced can.
- the positioning of the overvoltage protection devices should be possible in the immediate vicinity of the switching device.
- This design allows the two basic functional units forming modules to combine the function of the includes multi-phase switching device and the overvoltage protection. It is not necessary to use the devices for surge protection to wire the multiphase switching device.
- rigid conductors in particular rigid conductors assigned to the access, allow it, the switching device and the devices for surge protection easy to position and electrically conductive Connections between the two modules immediately or but in the plug position of the conductor to clamp them by screws.
- Klemmingn for the switch associated conductor of the Devices for overvoltage protection are preferably in the switching device integrated.
- the housing has, for example, a lower part and an upper part. approaches on the lower part of the housing allow easy attachment of the housing base on the busbar system. Are the two modules close to each other? positioned and the electrically conductive connection between the two modules manufactured, the unit formed from the two modules on the Busbar system are plugged. It is therefore only the Connection of the outlet (s) of the overvoltage protection devices to produce with the reference potential. The handling effort is here extremely low.
- the two modules as a unit, thus electrically already connected, shipped, leaving the user the unit only still plug onto the busbar system and the connection to the reference potential must produce. This configuration of the arrangement thus concludes faulty connections of the overvoltage protection devices on the Switching device and effective at the reference potential.
- the conductors are mounted in the lower housing part and the upper housing part Has recordings for the devices for the overvoltage protection.
- the conductors are essentially inside arranged the housing and it is the devices for the surge protection inserted from the outside through the receptacles in the upper housing part, whereby they contact the entrances and exits of the conductors.
- the rigid ladder are the output side preferably inserted into terminals, so there is a easy connection to the reference potential by means of a flexible or rigid Ladder can be done.
- the respective device for overvoltage protection can in the event of overvoltage Have effective release means, their movement to causes a built-in remote unit to activate the unit of overvoltage protection to a monitoring unit reports.
- the device for overvoltage protection can also be equipped with a fault indicator be provided that reports a fault in the surge protection.
- Busbars 1, 2 and 3 There are three, arranged in the usual way parallel next to each other Busbars 1, 2 and 3 are provided, which form the conductors L1, L2 and L3.
- busbars On the busbars is a multiphase switching device, which in the sense of Embodiment of EP 1 246 212 A2 as a circuit breaker with cylindrical Fuses, thus fuses of size D is formed, plugged. To avoid repetition, reference is made to this document.
- the lower housing part 5 of the switching device 4 takes according to the three phases 3 threaded sleeves 6, the screwing of screw caps with Serving fuses, the respective threaded sleeve 6 is a terminal 7, which laterally accessible through an opening 8 in the lower housing part 5 is.
- the lower housing part 5 has three foot-like fastening hooks 9 for Attach to the busbars 1 to 3.
- the electrical contact the respective busbar via a housing in the lower part. 5 Floating contact, which with screwed in fuse this applied.
- An upper housing part 10 forms the lid of the housing.
- the Switching device 4 forms a first module.
- the embodiment form four devices 11 for the overvoltage protection Part of a second module 12.
- This has a lower housing part 13 with the foot hooks of the switching device corresponding foot hook 14.
- the housing part 13 On the side facing away from the foot hook 14 is the housing part 13 with recordings 15 for three of the three phases associated rigid plate-shaped conductor 16th the access of the surge protector and a rigid, plate-shaped Head 17 of the outgoing surge protection provided.
- the other end 21 of the respective conductor 16 is not illustrated by one Access contact of the respective device 11 for the surge protection contacted.
- the likewise not illustrated departure of the respective Overvoltage protection device 11 contacts end 22 of the conductor 17 for departure.
- the conductor 17 by a longitudinally extending Conductor portion 23 and three transverse, the three phases associated Conductor sections 24 formed.
- the lower end of the conductor 17 is two-fold formed cranked and it passes through the free end 25 of this conductor section 23 a sleeve 26 with clamping screw. About this end 25 and the Sleeve 26, the conductive connection with the reference potential of the PE conductor, thus protective conductor.
- housing 34 When assembled housing 34, the four, essentially cuboid designed devices 11 for surge protection in wells 32 of the housing upper part 10 is inserted and held there latching, wherein the inputs and outputs of the devices 11, not shown, the conductors 16, 17 and 27 contact.
- the housing 34 is covered by means of a lid 33rd
- the inventive arrangement can be mounted by first, as illustrated in Figure 1, the lower housing part 5 of the switching device 4 on the Busbars 1 to 3 is attached and the fixed connection of the switching device 4 with the busbars 1 to 3 when screwing in the fuses is effected in the threaded sleeves 6. It is then the lower housing part 13th the second module 12 together with the conductors 16, 17 and 27 and the Sleeves 26 and 30 with clamping screws attached to the busbars 1 to 3 and laterally displaced until the lower housing part 5 of the switching device. 4 and the lower housing part 18 of the second module 12 is positioned close to each other are. In this position, the free ends 20 of the conductors 16 in the terminals 7 of the switching device 4 introduced and need only by delivering whose clamping screws are clamped.
- the electrically conductive connection between the switching device 4 and the second module is made with it. Subsequently is the upper housing part 18 on the lower housing part 13 of the second Module 12 attached. Then the four facilities 11 for the Overvoltage protection inserted into the recesses 32 of the upper housing part 18; in their inserted position, their contacts contact the conductors 16, 17 and 27. Then, the lid 33 is clipped onto the upper housing part 18 and, if not already done before, the lower housing part 5 of the switching device 4 is closed by means of the upper housing part 10.
- the reference numeral 35 designates a remote release with the switching pins of the Devices 11 for the surge protection cooperates.
- a fault indicator 36 is provided.
