The present invention relates to a manicure, which is necessary cosmetics of modern women, and more particularly to a manicure container capable of constantly, and smoothly discharging a manicure liquid, thereby making it easy and simply to coat the manicure liquid on a fingernail and replace an inferior brush with a new one. The present invention provides a manicure container capable of making it conveniently and easy to treat a fingernail or a toenail by forceably coupling a manicure container with a brush rod and discharging a constant amount of the manicure liquid. In addition, the manicure container of the present invention can minimize a disappearance of the manicure liquid to the air due to its volatjlity. Further, after coating the manicure liquid on a fingernail or a toenail, the brush used can be prevented from being hardened and an inferior brush can be replaced with a new one. Furthermore, when the manicure liquid is used up, a manicure liquid can be refilled into the manicure container so that the manicure container is used for a long time, thereby being economical.

Description

A MANICURE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a manicure, which is necessary cosmetics of
modern women, and more particularly to a manicure container capable of constantly,
and smoothly discharging a manicure liquid, thereby making it easy and simply to
coat the manicure liquid on a fingernail and replace an inferior brush with a new one.
BACKGROUND ART
FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of a conventional manicure container
generally used. Referring to FIG. 4, the conventional manicure container includes a
bottle 100 for containing a manicure liquid 300, a carrier rod 210 and a cover and
handle 200. The bottle 100 has a bottleneck 130 on an upper portion thereof and a
thread 120 is formed on the bottleneck 130. The carrier rod 210 having a brush 220
installed in a lower end thereof is vertically installed in a central portion of the cover
and handle 200. The cover and handle 200 has a thread 230 to be threadedly
connected with the thread 120.
In the conventional manicure container having such a structure, the cover and
handle 200 is threadedly connected with the bottleneck 130 such that the manicure
liquid 300 is kept in the bottle 100. In using the manicure liquid 300, the cover and
handle 200 is released open by turning it and withdrawn upwardly. Then, a to-be- treated toenail or fingernail is coated using the brush 220 drenched into the manicure
liquid 300.
When coating the fingernail or the toenail, however, the conventional manicure
container has an inconvenience that the brush 220 has to be frequently dip into the
manicure liquid 300. Also, because the brush 200 is frequently dip/withdrawn
into/from the manicure container, a user should be careful not to stain hands or
clothes with the manicure liquid 300.
Further, because the brush 220 is used only to coat the fingernail or the
toenail due to its limited function, the conventional manicure container is not
satisfactory to meet a consumer's various desires for beauty.
Furthermore, in case of a washing oil container, because the user has to
directly open its cover, drench cotton or stuff into the washing oil and then rub the
fingernail or the toenail with the drenched cotton or stuff, it is also inconvenient for the
user to use the washing oil container. If the washing oil container is kept open for a
long time, the manicure liquid or the washing oil may disappear into the air due to its
volatility, thereby resulting in a waste of the manicure liquid and the washing oil.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
Accordingly, the present invention has been devised to solve the foregoing
problems of the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a
manicure container capable of making it conveniently and easy to treat a fingernail or a toenail by forceably coupling a manicure container with a brush rod and discharging
a constant amount of the manicure liquid. In addition, the manicure container of the
present invention can minimize a disappearance of the manicure liquid to the air due
to its volatility. Further, after coating the manicure liquid on a fingernail or a toenail,
the brush used can be prevented from being hardened and an inferior brush can be
replaced with a new one. Furthermore, when the manicure liquid is used up, a
manicure liquid can be refilled into the manicure container so that the manicure
container is used for a long time, thereby being economical.
In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a
manicure container for use in a makeup set, which is used to coat a manicure liquid
on a fingernail or a toenail. The manicure container comprises: (a) a container body
10 for containing a manicure liquid and discharging the manicure liquid through a
discharge opening 13 by an external pressure, the discharge opening 13 being
formed on one side of the container body 10; (b) a coupling member 20 including: a
first female thread 22 formed on an inner circumference thereof so as to be
threadedly coupled with a first male thread 12 formed on an upper portion of the
container body 10; and a brush-rod insertion groove 21 protruded in a pipe shape and
formed on an upper portion thereof in a tapered shape; (d) a brush rod 30 forceably
coupled with the brush-rod insertion groove 21 and having a brush housing groove 32
formed in a predetermined shape such that a brush is installed in an upper portion of the brush rod 30; (e) a plurality of manicure discharge nozzles 31 perforated from a
lower inner side of the brush rod 30 to the brush housing groove 32 such that a
predetermined amount of the manicure liquid is effused therethrough; and (f) a cover
40 covering the brush rod 30 and being threadedly coupled with a second female
thread 23 formed on an upper inner portion of the coupling member 20, the cover 40
containing a predetermined amount of the manicure liquid so as to prevent the brush
34 from being hardened.
It is desirable that the manicure container should further comprise a plurality of
beads 11 installed within the container body 10 such that the manicure liquid
contained in the container body 10 is well mixed by a predetermined vibration and
prevented from being coagulated.
Preferably, the manicure container further comprises a packing 14 installed in
an upper portion of the container body 10 so as to prevent a discharge of the
manicure liquid toward the brush rod 30 from being shut due to the beads 11 , in which
the packing 14 includes a plurality of discharge nozzles 15 formed on an inner side
thereof.

become more apparent by describing the preferred embodiments thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a manicure container in accordance
with an embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the manicure container shown in FIG. 1 ;
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a coupling operation of the cover in
accordance with an embodiment of the present invention; and
FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of a conventional manicure container.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described
in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
FIGs. 1 and 2 are an exploded perspective view and a cross-sectional view
showing a manicure container in accordance with the present invention, respectively.
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a coupling operation of the cover in
accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIGs. 1 , 2 and 3, the manicure container of the present invention
includes: a container body 10 for containing a manicure liquid; a coupling member 20
threadedly coupled with an upper portion of the container body 10 and having a
protruded brush-rod insertion groove 21 formed in a tapered shape; a brush rod 30
forceably coupled with the brush-rod insertion groove 21 of the coupling member 20 and having a brush 34 on an upper portion; and a cover 40 covering the brush
rod 30, being threadedly coupled with an upper portion of the coupling member 20,
and containing a predetermined amount of manicure liquid therein.
The container body 10 includes a discharge opening 13, a first male thread 12
and a plurality of beads 11. The discharge opening 13 is formed on an upper portion
of the container body 10 so as to discharge a constant amount of manicure liquid by
an external pressure. The first male thread 12 is formed on an outer face of the
discharge opening 13. The beads 11 are formed in a spherical shape and installed
within the container body 10 so as to well mixing the manicure liquid by a
predetermined vibration and prevent the manicure from being coagulated.
At this time, in order to allow the predetermined liquid to be effused when an
external pressure presses the container body 10, it is desirable that the container
body 10 should be provided with elastic synthetic resins of silicon material.
The manicure container further includes a cylinder-shaped packing 14 formed
on an upper portion of the container body 10 and having a plurality of discharge
openings 15 formed therein so as not to disturb the effusion of the manicure liquid
through the brush rod 30 due to the plurality of beads 11.
It is desirable that the discharge opening 15 should have a smaller diameter
than the bead 11.
The coupling member 20 includes: a first female thread 22 formed on an inner circumference of an lower portion of the coupling member 20 such that the coupling
member 20 is threadedly coupled to the first male thread 12 of the container body 10;
the protruded brush-rod insertion groove 21 formed on a central portion in a tapered
shape; and a second female thread 23 formed on an upper portion such that the
coupling member 20 is threadedly coupled with the cover 40.
The brush rod 30 includes an ellipse-shaped brush-housing groove 32 and a
plurality of manicure discharge nozzles 31. The brush rod 30 is forceably coupled
with the brush-rod insertion groove 21 and the brush 34 is installed in the ellipse-
shaped brush-housing groove 32. The plurality of manicure discharge nozzles
allows a predetermined amount of the manicure liquid to be effused from a lower
inner side to the brush-housing groove 32.
The cover 40 includes a containing portion 41 , a second male thread 42, a
slant portion 43 and a liquid separating protrusion 44. The containing portion 41 is
formed in a predetermined size such that a predetermined amount of the manicure
liquid is contained within the cover 40. The second male thread 42 has a threaded
portion on a lower outer side of the cover 40 such that the second male thread is
threadedly coupled with the second female thread 23 of the coupling member 20.
The slant portion 43 is formed on a lower inner side of the cover 40 in a tapered
shape so as to minimize the effusion of the manicure liquid. The liquid separating
protrusion 44 is protruded on the central portion of the slant portion 43 in a predetermined length so as to separate manicure liquid excessively absorbed in the
brush 34.
Here, when the brush is not used, the manicure liquid contained in the cover
40 prevents the brush 34 from being hardened due to volatility.
In addition, the liquid separating protrusion 44 is protruded on the slant portion
43 in a circular ring shape. By rubbing the brush 34 against the liquid separating
protrusion 44 several times, the brush 34 can hold a proper amount of the manicure
liquid.
Hereinafter, an operation and effect of the manicure container in accordance
with the present invention will be described according to its usage sequence. First,
in order to coat the manicure liquid on fingernails and toenails, the user releases the
cover 40 from the container body 10 containing the manicure liquid along the inter¬
connected threaded portions.
At this time, the brush 34 installed in the upper portion of the brush rod 30 is
withdrawn in a state of absorbing a predetermined amount of the manicure liquid
contained in the containing portion 41 of the cover 40. Therefore, by rubbing the
brush 34 against the liquid separating protrusion several times, the brush 34 can hold
an appropriate amount of the manicure liquid.
Then, by shaking the container body 10, the manicure liquid can be effectively
mixed due to the plurality of beads 11 installed within the container body 10. Then, if the one side of the container body 10 is pressed with a finger's force,
internal manicure liquid is discharged to the brush 34 through the coupling member
20 and the manicure discharge nozzles 31 of the brush rod 30.
At this time, the packing 14 inserted into the upper portion of the container
body 10 can limit the floating of the plurality of beads and prevent a shutting of the
brush-rod insertion groove 21 of the coupling member 20 that has a small diameter
through which the manicure liquid is discharged. In addition, the manicure liquid can
be constantly discharged through the plurality of discharge openings 15 formed inside
the packing 14.
As described above, the user coats the manicure liquid on fingernails or
toenails using the brush 34 absorbing the effused manicure liquid.
After coating the manicure liquid on fingernails or toenails, the cover 40 is
threadedly coupled with the second female thread 23 of the coupling member 20 to
thereby seal the manicure container so that the manicure liquid contained in the
container body 10 cannot be discharged.
Here, although the cover 40 is coupled, a small amount of the manicure liquid
may be discharged from the cover 40 toward the brush rod 30. However, a degree
of discharge can be limited by forceably inserting the brush rod 30 into the brush-rod
insertion groove 21.
If a state of the brush 34 is not good, the brush rod 30 is released from the brush-rod insertion groove 21 and a new brush rod having an excellent brush installed
therein can be substituted, so that it is possible to more effectively treat fingernails or
toenails.
In addition, if the manicure liquid contained in the container body 10 is used
up, it is possible to refill a manicure liquid through the discharge opening 13, so that
the manicure is used for a long time.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been
disclosed for illustrative purpose, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various
modifications, additions and substitutions can be made without departing from the
scope and spirit of the invention as defined in the accompanying claims.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
According to the present invention, as described above, a manicure container
can be reused by refilling manicure liquid thereinto. In addition, since a brush can be
replaced, it is possible to use a manicure for a long time so that it is very economical.
Further, although a container body is hermetically sealed, a constant amount
of the manicure liquid can be discharged through a brush rod coupled with an upper
portion thereof. Therefore, a treatment of fingernail or toenail is very conveniently
and effectively achieved. The manicure container of the present invention can
minimize a disappearance of the manicure liquid into the air, which is caused by its volatility.
Furthermore, since a plurality of beads is installed in the manicure container,
the manicure liquid can be well mixed even by a predetermined vibration. Also, the
manicure container of the present invention has an advantage that the brush
maintains an excellent state without being hardened because of a cover containing a
predetermined amount of the manicure liquid.

Claims

CLAIMS:
1. A manicure container for use in a makeup set, the manicure container
being used to coat a manicure liquid on a fingernail or a toenail, the manicure
container comprising:
a container body 10 for containing a manicure liquid and discharging the
manicure liquid through a discharge opening 13 by an external pressure, the
discharge opening 13 being formed on one side of the container body 10;
a coupling member 20 including: a first female thread 22 formed on an inner
circumference thereof so as to be threadedly coupled with a first male thread 12
formed on an upper portion of the container body 10; and a brush-rod insertion
groove 21 protruded in a pipe shape and formed on an upper portion thereof in a
tapered shape;
a brush rod 30 forceably coupled with the brush-rod insertion groove 21 and
having a brush housing groove 32 formed in a predetermined shape such that a brush
is installed in an upper portion of the brush rod 30;
a plurality of manicure discharge nozzles 31 perforated from a lower inner side
of the brush rod 30 to the brush housing groove 32 such that a predetermined amount
of the manicure liquid is effused therethrough; and
a cover 40 covering the brush rod 30 and being threadedly coupled with a
second female thread 23 formed on an upper inner portion of the coupling member 20, the cover 40 containing a predetermined amount of the manicure liquid so as to
prevent the brush 34 from being hardened.
2. The manicure container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cover 40
includes:
a containing portion 41 formed in a predetermined size so as to contain a
predetermined amount of manicure liquid therein;
a second male thread 42 formed on an outer side of a lower portion thereof
such that the second male thread 42 is threadedly coupled with the second female
thread 23;
a slant portion 43 formed on an inner side of a lower portion thereof in a
tapered shape so as to minimize an effusion of the manicure liquid; and
a liquid separating protrusion 44 protruded on a predetermined position of the
slant portion 43 at a predetermined length, for separating the manicure liquid
discharged from the containing portion 41 and excessively absorbed in the brush 34.
3. The manicure container as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a plurality
of beads 11 installed within the container body 10 such that the manicure liquid
contained in the container body 10 is well mixed by a predetermined vibration and
prevented from being coagulated.
4. The manicure container as claimed in any one of claims 1 and 3, further
comprising a packing 14 installed in an upper portion of the container body 10 so as
to prevent a discharge of the manicure liquid toward the brush rod 30 from being shut
due to the beads 11 , the packing 14 having a plurality of discharge nozzles 15 formed
on an inner side thereof.
