Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
FIGs. 1 and 2 are an exploded perspective view and a cross-sectional view showing a container of a combination manicure and washing oil in accordance with the present invention, respectively. Referring to FIGs. 1 and 2, the container of the present invention includes: a container body 10 for containing a predetermined liquid (a manicure liquid or a washing oil); a coupling member 20 coupled to an upper portion of the container body 10 to flow the predetermined liquid; a detachable member 30 coupled to a middle portion of the coupling member 20 to generate a predetermined pushing force by an upward/downward movement; a liquid discharging member 40 forceably coupled to an upper portion of the coupling member 20 to discharge the predetermined liquid; a cover 50 coupled to the container body 10 through both the coupling member 20 and a cover coupling member, for releasing the liquid discharging member 40 and opening/closing the container body 10; and a base member 1 coupled to a lower portion of the container body 10, for supporting the container body 10.
The container body 10 includes a recess 14, a thread 12 and an opening 13. The recess 14 is formed on a lower portion of the container body 10 in a predetermined shape and the thread 12 is formed on an outer face of the upper portion of the container body 10. Also, the opening 13 is formed in a circular shape such that the predetermined liquid (the manicure liquid or the washing oil) can be discharged therethrough.
At this time, in order to enable the predetermined liquid to be effused when the container body 10 is pressed by an external pressure, it is desirable that the container body 10 should be provided with elastic synthetic resins of silicon material.
The coupling member 20 includes a thread 21 , a guidance portion 23 and a flange 24. The thread 21 is formed on an inner face of a lower portion of the coupling member 20 such that the coupling member 20 is threadedly coupled to the container body 10. The guidance portion 23 is perpendicularly formed on a middle portion of the coupling member 20 and the flange 24 is protrusively formed in a predetermined shape. Also, a coupling portion 25 is formed on an outer face of an upper portion of the coupling member 20 in a tapered shape. A nozzle 26 is further formed on an inner side of the coupling portion 25 in a circular shape such that the predetermined liquid (the manicure liquid or the washing oil) can flow therethrough. The detachable member 30 moves upwardly and downwardly along the guidance portion 23 of the coupling member 20 to generate a predetermined pushing force. A protrusion 31 is formed on an inner side of a lower portion of the detachable member 30 lest the flange 24 should be not released from the detachable member 30.
The liquid discharging member 40 includes a brush rod 45 for the manicure liquid and a washing rod 47 for the washing oil. At this time, the brush rod 45 includes an opening 41b, a brush housing groove 42 and a plurality of manicure liquid nozzles 43. The opening 41b is formed on a lower portion of the brush rod 45 in a tapered shape such that the brush rod 45 can be forceably coupled with the coupling portion 25 of the coupling member 20. The brush housing groove 42 is formed on an upper portion of the brush rod 45 in an ellipse shape and has a predetermined depth such that the brush 44 can be housed. The manicure liquid nozzles 43 are formed on an inner side of the brush housing groove 42 in an arc shape such that the manicure liquid can be discharged therethrough.
The washing rod 47 includes an opening 41a and a washing oil nozzle 46. The opening 41a is formed on a lower portion of the washing rod 47 in a tapered shape such that the washing rod 47 can be forceably coupled with the coupling portion 25 of the coupling member 20. The washing oil nozzle 46 discharges the washing oil into a makeup cotton 48 externally inserted into an upper portion of the washing rod 47. Here, the brush 44, which is housed in the inner side of the ellipse-shaped brush housing groove 42 formed on the upper portion of the manicure rod 45, is fixedly attached and spaced out about 1 mm.
Referring to FIG. 4a showing the cover coupling member in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the cover 50 is threadedly engageable with the container body 10 through both the coupling member 20 and a cover coupling member and includes a packing 52 and a reinforcing plate 53. The packing 52 is used to hermetically seal the opening 26 of the coupling member 20. Here, the cover coupling means includes a male thread 22a threadedly formed on a lower portion of the coupling member 20, and a female thread 51a formed on an inner side of the cover 50, such that the female thread 51a can be threadedly engaged with the male thread 22a.
Referring to FIG. 4b showing a cover coupling member in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, the cover coupling member can be constructed with a coupling groove 22b horizontally protruded on a lower portion of the coupling member 20 and a coupling protrusion 51 b formed on an inner side of the cover 50, such that the coupling groove 22b can be inserted into the coupling protrusion 51b.
The base member 1 includes a recess inserting groove 2 having a predetermined depth such that the base member 1 can be coupled with the recess 14 formed on a lower portion of the container body 10. Hereinafter, an operation and effect of the container of the combination manicure and washing oil in accordance with the present invention will be described below according to a using sequence. First, the user releases the cover 50 from the container body 10 that contains the manicure liquid.
Then, the opening 41b of the brush rod 45 (one of the liquid discharging member 40) is forceably coupled to the coupling portion 25 of the coupling member 20.
After the brush rod 45 is coupled, if the container body 10 is pressed by a finger's force, then the manicure liquid is discharged into the brush 44 through the coupling member 20 and the manicure liquid nozzle 43 of the brush rod 45. The user coats the manicure liquid on the fingernail or the toenail using the brush 44 that absorbs the manicure liquid.
After coating the fingernail or the toenail, as shown in FIGs. 3a and 3b, the user pushes upwardly the detachable member 30 coupled to the coupling member 20 along the guidance portion 23 such that the brush rod 45 is released.
In other words, without personally releasing the brush rod 45 from the coupling member 20 by the user's hands, the brush rod 45 can be released from the coupling member 20 by moving the detachable member 30, thereby preventing the hands or the clothes from being stained with the manicure liquid.
Then, if the brush rod 45 is released from the coupling member 20 using the detachable member 30, the cover 50 is threadedly engaged with the male thread 22a to seal the manicure container lest the manicure liquid contained in the container body 10 should be discharged.
At this time, as the packing 52 mounted inside the cover 50 is effectively pressing the opening 13 of the container body 10, it can be prevented the disappearance of the manicure liquid which is contained in the container body 10 and constituted with the volatile liquid. In case the user uses the washing oil to remove the manicure liquid coated on the fingernail or the toenail, a washing oil container is formed in the same shape as the manicure container, but a difference is that the washing rod 47 is used as the liquid discharging member 40.
Like the usage of the manicure container, the cover 50 is released from the container body 10 and then the opening 41a of the washing rod 47 is forceably coupled to the coupling portion 25 of the coupling member 20.
In case the makeup cotton 48 is fitted into the upper portion of the washing rod 47, it is desirable that the makeup cotton 48 should be provided with an elastic material in order to be densely inserted into the upper portion of the washing rod 47. If the container body 10 is pressed by the finger's force, the washing oil is discharged into the washing oil nozzle 46 of the washing rod 47 through the inner side of the coupling member 20, whereby the makeup cotton 48 absorbs the washing oil. A frictional force is generated when the user rubs the coated fingernail or toenail with the makeup cotton 48 absorbing the washing oil and the frictional force causes the coated manicure liquid to be removed. If the coated manicure liquid is all removed, the washing rod 47 is released using the detachable member 30 and the container body 10 is sealed by threadedly coupling the cover 50 with the male thread 22a of the coupling member 20.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purpose, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as defined in the accompanying claims.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
According to the present invention, as described above, a manicure container and a washing oil container are provide in the same shape and a manicure liquid and a washing oil can be refilled into the respective containers, thereby capable of recycling the containers and being economical.
Additionally, in case when the manicure container and the washing oil container are sealed, the manicure liquid and the washing oil are discharged by a constant amount through the liquid discharging member coupled to the upper portion of the container. Therefore, it is convenient for the user to use the container and the required time to treat the fingernail or the toenail can be reduced. Also, the present invention can minimize a disappearance of the manicure liquid and the washing oil into the air due to its own volatility. Further, in order not to stain hands or clothes with the liquid after the manicure liquid and the washing oil are coated on a fingernail and a toenail, the present invention provides a liquid discharging member for discharging a disposable liquid, in which the liquid discharging member can be easily released using a detachable member. Furthermore, since the container is a small size, the present invention has an advantage that it is handy to carry the container.
