Abstract

Dargestellt und beschrieben ist eine elektrische Kontaktiervorrichtung, insbesondere zur Übertragung von mittleren bis hohen Strömen, mit einer Anzahl parallel zueinander angeordneter Kontaktfedern zum Anschluss wenigstens eines komplementären Flachmesserkontakts, wobei die Kontaktiervorrichtung in einstückigstoffschlüssiger Zuordnung Anschlusspins zur elektrischen und/oder mechanischen Verbindung mit einer Leiterplatte aufweist. Zur Lösung des Problems, eine Kontaktiervorrichtung zu schaffen, die bedeutend einfacher herzustellen und auch universeller einsetzbar ist, sieht die Erfindung vor, dass die Kontaktiervorrichtung aus wenigstens zwei Kontaktstreifen zusammengefügt ist, wobei jeder Kontaktstreifen einen Zentralstreifen aufweist, an den sich quer zu diesem ausgerichtete Gabelfedern angebunden sind, und dass die wenigstens zwei Kontaktstreifen in gegenseitiger flächiger Anlage ihrer Zentralstreifen derart zusammengefügt sind, dass die Gabelfedern der Kontaktstreifen unter Berücksichtigung ihrer deckungsgleich fluchtenden Anordnung im wesentlichen kammartig ineinander greifen. Die Erfindung ermöglicht hierdurch den nahezu beliebigen modularen Aufbau von Kontaktiervorrichtungen unterschiedlichster Dimensionen und in sehr weiten grenzen variierender Anzahl von Kontaktzonen.
