Claims (11)
- Tondeuse (1) électrique à main pour la coupe notamment de poils d'animaux, du type comprenant un corps (2) logeant un moteur (3) électrique pour actionner, en mouvement alternatif, par l'intermédiaire d'un doigt (4) oscillant; un peigne (6) coupant de tête de tondeuse,
caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, entre l'arbre (3A) de sortie moteur et le doigt (4) oscillant, logé à l'intérieur du corps (2), un réducteur (7) planétaire de faible épaisseur pour accroítre le couple entre arbre (3A) de sortie moteur et doigt (4) oscillant et ainsi obtenir une vitesse constante à vide et en charge de l'organe (6) de coupe et du moteur (3). - Tondeuse (1) selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que le réducteur (7) planétaire est constitué d'une couronne (8) stationnaire logée dans le corps de tondeuse, la denture intérieure de la couronne (8) coopérant par engrenage avec au moins deux satellites (9) entraínés eux-mêmes par un pignon (10) porté par l'arbre (3A) de sortie du moteur (3) électrique, lesdits satellites (9) étant supportés libre à rotation par un porte satellites (11) portant sur une face les axes (12) des satellites (9) et sur l'autre face un excentrique (13) destiné à attaquer le doigt (4) oscillant d'animation de la tête de tondeuse. - Tondeuse (1) selon la revendication 2,
caractérisée en ce que l'excentrique (13) est positionné sur un axe (11A) central du porte satellites (11). - Tondeuse (1) selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3,
caractérisée en ce que le doigt (4) oscillant présente deux branches (4A, 4B) et en ce qu'il est prévu, entre l'excentrique (13) du porte satellites (11) et l'une (4A) des branches du doigt (4), une pièce (14) de liaison autorisant L'entraínement du doigt (4) oscillant par l'excentrique (13). - Tondeuse (1) selon la revendication 4,
caractérisée en ce que la pièce (14) de liaison comporte deux paliers (14A, 14B), l'un (14A) recevant l'axe d'excentrique (13), l'autre (14B) un axe (4C) de la branche (4A) du doigt perpendiculaire à l'axe d'excentrique (13), ce second palier (14B) formant coulisse le long de l'axe de la branche (4A) du doigt (4). - Tondeuse (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisée en ce que l'arbre (3A) de sortie du moteur (3) porte une turbine (15) de ventilation pour assurer le refroidissement d'air autour et/ou à travers la carcasse du moteur (3) électrique, au moins la turbine (15) de ventilation et le réducteur (7) planétaire étant logés à l'intérieur d'une cage métallique, de préférence en aluminium, pour favoriser l'évacuation des calories générées par le moteur (3) électrique. - Tondeuse (1) selon la revendication 6,
caractérisée en ce que la cage comporte des fenêtres d'évacuation de l'air de ventilation et par suite des calories. - Tondeuse (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble des pièces motrices et de transmission des mouvements de la tondeuse sont logées dans un carter (16) constituant le corps (2) externe de la tondeuse. - Tondeuse (1) selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8,
caractérisée en ce que le carter (16) comporte des grilles (17) ménagées en regard de fenêtres de la cage pour faire communiquer les éléments constitutifs internes à la cage avec l'ambiance extérieure à la tondeuse (1), lesdites grilles (17) étant positionnées en dehors de la zone de prise manuelle du corps de tondeuse. - Tondeuse (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisé en ce que le corps (2) de la tondeuse comporte, à son extrémité opposée à la tête de tondeuse, une anse (19) souple pour la suspension de la tondeuse à un crochet. - Tondeuse (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
caractérisé en ce que le corps (2) de la tondeuse comporte des empreintes (18) matérialisant la zone de prise manuelle pour favoriser la prise en main sans glissement.
