Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schleifringbürste, wobei die Schleifringbürste ein Bürstenelement (2, 21) und eine Leiterplatte (1) umfasst. Die Leiterplatte (1) hat eine erste Oberfläche (A) und eine zweite Oberfläche (B) und weist mindestens eine Leiterbahn (1.1, 1.11, 1.12) sowie mindestens eine Bohrung (1.2, 1.21, 1.22) auf, welche die Leiterplatte (1) durch die Oberfläche (A) und die Oberfläche (B) hindurch durchdringt. Es wird ein elektrischer Kontakt zwischen dem Bürstenelement (2) und der Leiterbahn (1.1, 1.11, 1.12) durch Löten hergestellt. Das Bürstenelement (2, 21) wird erfindungsgemäß in der Weise verlötet, dass das Lot (3), kommend von der zweiten Oberfläche (B) der Leiterplatte (1) durch die Bohrung (1.2, 1.21, 1.22) der Leiterplatte (1) bis hin zum Bürstenelement (2, 21) an der Oberfläche (A) hindurchtritt.

The invention relates to a method for producing a slip ring brush, wherein the slip ring brush comprises a brush element (2, 21) and a printed circuit board (1).
