Description
Claims (24)
- Verfahren zum Aufrauen wenigstens einer Fläche eines Gegenstandes (10) mit Hilfe eines auf die aufzurauende Fläche gerichteten Stromes mit abrasiven Partikeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Strom mit abrasiven Partikeln durch eine auf der aufzurauenden Oberfläche gebildete Schicht (20) aus einer Flüssigkeit hindurch auf die aufzurauende Fläche des Gegenstandes (10) gerichtet wird und dass die Flüssigkeitsschicht (20) zwischen einer Platte (4), aus der die die Flüssigkeitsschicht (20) bildende Flüssigkeit austritt, und der zu rauenden Fläche des plattenförmigen, aufzurauenden Gegenstandes (10) gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als abrasive Partikel Sand verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abrasiven Partikel in einem Gasstrom bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abrasiven Partikel in einem Flüssigkeitsstrom bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aufzurauende Gegenstand (10) eine Platte, insbesondere eine Glasplatte, ist, die von beiden Seiten her durch Flüssigkeitsschichten (20) gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aufzurauende Gegenstand (10) und der Strom mit abrasiven Partikeln relativ zueinander bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Strom mit abrasiven Partikeln im wesentlichen normal zur aufzurauenden Fläche auf diese gerichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Strom mit abrasiven Partikeln im wesentlichen lotrecht auf und ab und der aufzurauende Gegenstand (10) im wesentlichen horizontal hin und her bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine einen Hohlraum (5) aufweisende, hohle Platte (4) vorgesehen ist, dass in der Platte (4) in der dem aufzurauenden Gegenstand (10) zugekehrten Wand (14) Austrittsöffnungen (16) für in den Hohlraum (5) der Platte (4) eingeleitete Flüssigkeit vorgesehen sind, und dass der Platte (4) wenigstens eine Düse (42) für einen Strom mit abrasiven Partikeln zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Düse (42) für den Strom mit abrasiven Partikeln in einem Schlitz (40) in der Platte (4) aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (42) in Längsrichtung des Schlitzes (40) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (42) im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Platte (4) und dem aufzurauenden Gegenstand (10) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Halte- und Mitnahmevorrichtung (30) für den zu bearbeitenden Gegenstand (10) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halte- und Mitnahmevorrichtung für einen plattenförmigen Gegenstand am unteren Rand der Platte (4) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (40) in der Platte (4) durch eine Dichtung (48), in der die Düse (42) für den Strom mit abrasiven Partikeln dicht eingesetzt ist, abgedichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (48) gemeinsam mit der Düse beweglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung ein Endlosdichtband ist, das in einer Führung (46), die beidseits des Schlitzes (40) in der Platte (4) vorgesehen ist, dichtend geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung in der dem aufzurauenden Gegenstand (10) zugewendeten Wand (14) der Platte (4) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlageflächen zwischen Dichtband (48) und Führung (46) labyrinthdichtungsartig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (4) im wesentlichen lotrecht ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Platten (2,4) vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen ein Raum (8) für den aufzurauenden Gegenstand (10) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Platten (2,4) voneinander veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine (2) der Platten (2,4) relativ zur anderen Platte (4) verstellbar ist, um die Breite des Spaltes (8) zwischen den Platten an die Dicke des aufzurauenden Gegenstandes (10) anzupassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Platten (2,4) hohl sind und in den einander zugekehrten Wänden (12,14) Austrittsöffnungen (16) für in die Hohlräume (5) der Platten (2,4) eingeleiteten Flüssigkeit vorgesehen sind.
