Durch den in der Erhebung angeordneten Transponderchip und durch die auf die Erhebung angepaßte Zwischenschicht, die zwischen der Oberfolie und dem Träger angeordnet ist, wird eine weitestgehend ebene, bedruckbare Oberfläche des Transponder-Etiketts erreicht. Nachteilig bei diesem Transponder-Etikett ist der aufwendige Aufbau. So muß nicht nur der Transponderchip in einer eigens dafür vorgesehenen Erhebung der Chipeinlage angeordnet sein, es ist zudem erforderlich die Zwischenlage auf diese Erhebung anzupassen.
