Claims (11)

  1. Schirmrahmenvorrichtung zum Aufspannen und Zusammenfalten eines Schirmdaches, mit einem länglichen Schaft (10, 10"), mit einer äußeren umgebenden Schaftoberfläche (11, 11", 110), die sich längs erstreckt und die eine Achse (L) in einer axialen Richtung umgibt, wobei die umgebende Schaftoberfläche (11, 11", 110) einen oberen Endteil (111, 111") aufweist, auf dem das Schirmdach zu befestigen ist, ferner mit einem unteren Endteil und einem mittleren Teil (112) zwischen den oberen und unteren Endteilen; und mit einem rohrförmigen Läufer (20, 200), der auf dem Schaft (10, 10", 100) zwischen den oberen und unteren Teilen wie eine Hülse bewegbar ist, um das Schirmdach aufzuspannen und zusammenzufalten, wobei der Läufer (20, 200) innere und äußere umgebende Läuferoberflächen (25, 21) aufweist, die in radialer Richtung in Bezug auf die Achse (L) einander gegenüberliegen, gekennzeichnet durch einen Vorsprung (113) auf dem mittleren Teil (112), neben dem oberen Endteil (111, 111"), der sich in axialer Richtung erstreckt und mit einer Gleitbahn versehen ist, die an einem oberen Rand endet, der mit dem Mittelteil (112) eine Schulter (13) bildet, die sich nach innen und bezogen auf den oberen Rand in radialer Richtung erstreckt, wobei die äußere umgebende Läuferoberfläche (21) mit einem Schlitz (24, 250) versehen ist, der sich durch die innere umgebende Läuferoberfläche (25) radial hindurch erstreckt, die entlang der Gleitbahn beweglich ist; ferner durch einen Haltekörper (22, 22', 22") mit einem Rückhalteende (222, 222', 222"), das in dem Schlitz (24, 250) radial beweglich angeordnet ist und sich von der inneren umgebenden Läuferoberfläche (25) nach innen erstreckt, um mit der Gleitbahn in gleitende Berührung zu treten, wobei das Rückhalteende (222, 222', 222") dazu bringbar ist, über die obere Randkante zu schlüpfen, so daß es auf der Schulter (13) zurückgehalten wird, sobald die innere umgebende Läuferoberfläche (25) in Bezug auf die Achse (L) von einer Außereingriffslage, die der unteren Stellung entspricht, entlang der Gleitbahn in eine Eingriffslage bewegt wird, die der oberen Stellung entspricht, wobei ferner der Haltekörper (22, 22', 22") mit einem fixen Ende (221, 221', 221") versehen ist, das dem Rückhalteende (222, 222', 222") in axialer Richtung gegenüber liegt und das an der äußeren umgebenden Läuferoberfläche (21) befestigt ist, und wobei der Haltekörper (22, 22', 22") so ausgebildet ist, daß das Rückhalteende (222, 222', 222") beim Einwärtsverschieben aus einer Gleichgewichtslage eine Spannkraft entwickelt, die das Rückhalteende (222, 222', 222") radial nach außen drückt; und gekennzeichnet durch einen Hülsenkörper (30, 30") mit einer inneren umgebenden Hülsenoberfläche, die die äußere umgebende Läuferoberfläche (21) umgibt und der in Bezug auf die äußere umgebende Läuferoberfläche (21) entlang der Achse (L) beweglich ist, wobei die innere umgebende Hülsenoberfläche mit einem Nockenoberflächenteil (31, 31", 310) versehen ist, der dem Haltekörper (22, 22', 22") zugewendet ist und der so ausgebildet ist, daß er mit dem Rückhalteende (222, 222', 222") des Haltekörpers (22, 22', 22") außer Eingriff bringbar ist, um dadurch zu ermöglichen, daß das Rückhalteende (222, 222', 222") von der Schulter (13) weggedrückt werden kann, wenn sich der Läufer (20, 200) in der unteren Stellung befindet, und das Rückhalteende (222, 222', 222") radial mit einer Reibungskraft niedergedrückt werden kann, die die innere umgebende Läuferoberfläche (25) in der Eingriffsstellung festhält, während der Hülsenkörper (30, 30", 300) durch den Haltekörper (22, 22', 22") gegen Herabfallen festgehalten wird.
  2. Schirmrahmenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Nockenoberflächenteil (31) in axialer Richtung erstreckt.
  3. Schirmrahmenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Schlitz (24) in Richtung auf den unteren Endteil erstreckt, um an einer unteren Randwand (241) zu enden, und daß das fixe Ende (221) mit der unteren Randwand (241) aus einem Teil besteht.
  4. Schirmrahmenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückhalteende (222) einen inneren Vorsprung (223) aufweist, der sich in Richtung auf die Achse (L) erstreckt, um an der Schulter (13) anzuliegen, sobald sich die innere umgebende Läuferoberfläche (25) in der Eingriffslage befindet, und daß ein äußerer Kontakthöcker (224) vorgesehen ist, der sich in radialer Richtung und von dem inneren Vorsprung (223) weg erstreckt und so ausgebildet ist, daß er von dem Nockenoberflächenteil (31) gegen die Federkraft niedergedrückt werden kann.
  5. Schirmrahmenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltekörper (22') aus einer Blattfeder mit einer Federkraft besteht, und daß das fixe Ende (221') in der Nähe des unteren Endteils angeordnet ist, und daß das Zurückhalteende (222') einen äußeren Kontaktteil aufweist, der sich in radialer Richtung und von der äußeren umgebenden Läuferoberfläche (21) nach außen erstreckt, so daß er von dem Nockenoberflächenteil (31) entgegen der Federkraft niederdrückbar ist.
  6. Schirmrahmenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltekörper (22") aus einer Blattfeder gefertigt ist, die eine Federkraft entwickelt, daß das fixe Ende (221") in der Nähe des oberen Endteils (111) liegt, und daß das Rückhalteende (222) einen äußeren Kontaktteil aufweist, der sich in radialer Richtung und aus der umgebenden Läuferoberfläche (21) heraus erstreckt, so daß er durch den Nockenoberflächenteil (31") gegen die Federkraft niederdrückbar ist.
  7. Schirmrahmenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nockenoberflächenteil (31) gleichförmig nach oben und in Bezug auf die Achse (L) nach außen geneigt ist, so daß er den äußeren Kontaktteil niederdrückt, sobald der Hülsenkörper (30") in Bezug auf die äußere umgebende Läuferoberfläche (21) aufwärts bewegt wird.
  8. Schirmrahmenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (113) mit der äußeren umgebenden Schaftoberfläche (11) ein einteiliges Ganzes bildet.
  9. Schirmrahmenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (113) durch Stanzen des Schaftes (10) geformt ist.
  10. Schirmrahmenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch einen rohrförmigen Körper (15", 150), der hülsenartig auf den oberen Endteil (111) und den Mittelteil aufgeschoben ist und sich abwärts erstreckt, um an einer umgebenden unteren Randwand (151") zu enden, wobei der rohrförmige Körper (15", 150) eine ein Loch begrenzende Wand (130, 13") aufweist, die neben der unteren Randwand (151") ausgebildet ist und sich in Bezug auf die Achse (L) radial erstreckt, um ein Loch zu begrenzen, wobei die ein Loch begrenzende Wand (130, 13") mit einem unteren Wandteil versehen ist, der als Schulter dient, und wobei die Gleitbahn zwischen dem unteren Wandteil und der unteren Randwand (151") angeordnet ist.
  11. Schirmrahmenvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch untere und obere Begrenzungskörper (231, 213), die so angeordnet sind, daß sie das Entfernen des Hülsenkörpers (30, 30", 300) von dem Läufer (20, 200) in axialer Richtung verhindern.
