Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Spähnvorrichtung mit auf einem Lagerbock schwenkbar gelagerter, über einen Handhebel betätigter Spannbacke. Die bekannten Spannbacken bestehen aus zwei im Abstand voneinander parallel geführten Platten, zwisehen denen eine Andruckspindel horizontal verschiebbar und vertikal verstellbar angeordnet ist. Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Spannvorrichtung zu schaffen, bei welcher die Spannbacke ein höheres Biegemoment aufnehmen kann und einfacher herzustellen ist. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, dass die Spannbacke im Querschnitt etwa U-förmig gestaltet und in der Grundfläche ein Längsschlitz für eine in dieser längsverschieb- und feststellbare Schraube, Spindel oder dergleichen vorgesehen ist. Durch den U-förmigen Querschnitt wird ein erhöhtes Widerstandsmoment erreicht, so dass ohne Durchbiegen der Spannbacke sehr hohe Druckkräfte ausgeübt werden können. Außerdem lässt sich eine solche Spannbacke sehr einfach in einem Arbeitsgang fertigen. Vorzugsweise verlaufen die Seitenwände der Spannbacke vom Lagerbock zum freien Ende hin schräg zur Grundfläche nach unten.The invention relates to a spanner device a bearing block pivoted, operated by a hand lever Jaw.
