Claims (8)
- Moteur à combustion interne (1) comprenant au moins un pignon (21) comprenant un trou central de fixation (220) et une pluralité de branches (221) reliant le trou à la ligne de denture périphérique (L) autour de laquelle est montée une courroie de distribution (21), et une pompe (3) comprenant un axe de sortie dont l'extrémité (31) est filetée, ladite pompe étant fixée à une face (4a) d'un carter de fixation (4) comprenant deux trous taraudés (41) par au moins deux vis (5) et l'extrémité filetée de l'axe de sortie étant fixée dans le trou central (220) du pignon par un écrou (42) sur l'autre face (4b) du carter de fixation caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux branches (221) du pignon sont percées chacune d'un trou (222) et en ce que la face (4b) du carter de fixation (4) en regard du pignon comprend deux trous taraudés (41) adaptés pour fixer le pignon au carter de fixation avant le démontage de la pompe.
- Moteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les trous taraudés (41) sont adaptés pour recevoir les vis de fixation de la pompe sur le carter de fixation.
- Moteur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les trous taraudés adaptés pour fixer le pignon au carter de fixation lorsque la pompe est démontée sont débouchants et sont ceux qui servent à monter la pompe.
- Moteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pompe est une pompe à injection de carburant.
- Véhicule automobile comprenant un moteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4.
- Procédé de remplacement d'une pompe équipant un' moteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le moteur est à l'arrêt et est implanté dans son environnement, tel que le compartiment moteur d'un véhicule automobile, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise les étapes suivantes :a/-faire tourner le pignon (22) jusqu'à mettre en regard un des trous (222) des branches (221) du pignon avec un trou taraudé (41) du carter de fixation (4) de la pompe ;b/-dévisser une vis de fixation (5) de la pompe ;c/-visser la vis de fixation (5) de la pompe dans le trou taraudé (41);d/-répéter les étapes b/ et c/ avec l'autre vis de fixation;e/-dévisser et enlever l'écrou de fixation (42) du pignon de pompe sur le support ;f/-déposer la pompe défectueuse ;g/-positionner la nouvelle pompe (3') sur la face (4a) du carter de fixation ;h/-mettre et visser l'écrou de fixation de pompe sur le support ;i/-dévisser une vis de fixation (5) de la pompe du trou taraudé ;j/-visser ladite vis dans le trou de fixation de la pompe ;k/répéter les étapes i/ et j/ avec l'autre vis de fixation (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que on effectue en outre un resserrage de la pompe après avoir réalisé l'étape k/.
- Applicaton du procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7 aux changements de pompes à injection de moteur à combustion interne défectueuses.
