Claims (22)

  1. Steuerstück (1) einer Vorrichtung (1+2) zur Strahlmittelversorgung für eine Zentrifugalstrahlturbine, wobei diese Versorgungsvorrichtung einen Verteiler (2) und das Steuerstück (1) umfasst, das diesen Verteiler (2) umgibt, wobei das Steuerstück (1) eine Austrittsöffnung (5), die zur Strahlmittelversorgung der Turbine dient, und eine Innenfläche aufweist, die sich zwischen einem Rand (5A) des Anfangs des Strahlmittelaustritts aus der Versorgungsvorrichtung zur Turbine und einem Rand (5B) des Endes des Strahlmittelaustritts zur Turbine erstreckt, wobei der Verteiler dafür (2) ausgelegt ist, in der Mitte der Turbine befestigt zu werden, die zwischen Platten montierte Schaufeln umfasst, und dafür ausgelegt ist, sich mit der Turbine zu drehen, wobei das Steuerstück (1) einen Halter (1A, 1B) vorteilhafterweise aus behandeltem Stahl und Verschleißteile umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Reihe von nebeneinander angeordneten axialen Stäben (6) einen Schutz mindestens eines an die Austrittsöffnung (5) des Steuerstücks angrenzenden Teils der Innenfläche bildet, wobei diese Stäbe (6) lösbar und austauschbar auf mindestens einem Halter des Steuerstücks montiert sind.
  2. Steuerstück nach Anspruch 1, wobei dieses Steuerstück (1) eine Austrittsöffnung (5), die zur Versorgung der Turbine mit Strahlmittel dient, und eine Innenfläche aufweist, die sich zwischen einem Austrittsanfangsrand (5A) und einem Austrittsenderand (5B) erstreckt, bei dem eine Reihe von nebeneinander angeordneten axialen Stäben (6) einen Schutz mindestens eines an die Austrittsöffnung (5) angrenzenden Teils der Innenfläche bildet.
  3. Steuerstück nach Anspruch 2, das dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem rotierenden Verteiler zusammenzuwirken, der eine Reihe von radialen Durchgängen aufweist, wobei diese Durchgänge eine axiale Breite (Y) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nebeneinander angeordneten axialen Stäbe (6) einen Schutz eines Teils der Innenfläche auf Breite (L) bilden, die mindestens gleich der axialen Breite (Y) der radialen Durchgänge des Verteilers ist.
  4. Steuerstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit einer Reihe von axialen Stäben (6) versehen ist, die nebeneinander angeordnet sind und einen Schutz der Innenfläche zwischen dem Austrittsenderand (5B) und dem Austrittsanfangsrand (5A) oder einer an diesen Rand angrenzenden Zone bilden.
  5. Steuerstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (1A, 1 B) mindestens eine Nut (8, 9) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, ein Ende (6A, 6B) der Stäbe (6) aufzunehmen, vorzugsweise zwei Nuten (8, 9), die zueinander so angeordnet sind, dass eine erste Nut (8) dafür ausgelegt ist, ein erstes Ende (6A) der Stäbe (6) aufzunehmen, während die andere Nut (9) dafür ausgelegt ist, das andere Ende (68) der Stäbe (6) aufzunehmen.
  6. Steuerstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter zwei Teile (1A, 1B), die geeignet sind, für das Einsetzen der Stäbe (6) voneinander entfernt zu werden, und mindestens ein Mittel (7) zur festen Verbindung der Teile in einer einander angenäherten Stellung umfasst.
  7. Steuerstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stäbe (6) einen polygonalen, vorteilhafterweise im Wesentlichen quadratischen oder im wesentlichen rechteckigen oder auch trapezförmigen Querschnitt mit einer Höhe zwischen 2 und 15 mm und einer Breite zwischen 2 und 20 mm aufweisen.
  8. Steuerstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stäbe (6) aus einem Werkstoff hoher Härte, vorteilhafterweise aus Legierungen sehr hoher Härte, insbesondere aus Wolframcarbid, aus Keramik oder aus Nitrid, hergestellt sind.
  9. Steuerstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oder mehrere Stäbe (61) das Fenster (5) teilweise verschließen und als Mittel zur Steuerung der Öffnung (LF) des Fensters (5) dienen.
  10. Verteiler (2) einer Vorrichtung (1+2) zur Strahlmittelversorgung für eine Zentrifugalstrahlturbine, wobei diese Versorgungsvorrichtung den Verteiler (2) und ein Steuerstück (1) umfasst, das diesen Verteiler (2) umgibt, wobei das Steuerstück (1) eine Austrittsöffnung (5), die zur Strahlmittelversorgung der Turbine dient, und eine Innenfläche aufweist, die sich zwischen einem Rand (5A) des Anfangs des Strahlmittelaustritts aus der Versorgungsvorrichtung zur Turbine und einem Rand (5B) des Endes des Strahlmittelaustritts zur Turbine erstreckt, wobei der Verteiler dafür (2) ausgelegt ist, in der Mitte der Turbine befestigt zu werden, die zwischen Platten montierte Schaufeln umfasst, und dafür ausgelegt ist, sich mit der Turbine zu drehen, wobei der Verteiler (2) einen Halter (22, 23) vorteilhafterweise aus behandeltem Stahl und Verschleißteile umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteiler (2) einen Halter (22, 23) für Arme aufweist, bei dem die Verschleißteile auf dem Halter lösbar und austauschbar montierte Arme sind.
  11. Verteiler nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme des Verteilers aus Stegen (20) bestehen, die aus einem eine Abriebfestigkeit aufweisenden Werkstoff hergestellt sind.
  12. Verteiler nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteiler eine Platte (22), einen Kranz (23), eine Reihe von Stegen (20), die dazu bestimmt sind, zwischen der Platte (22) und dem Kranz (23) angeordnet zu werden, und eine Reihe von Mitteln (24) zur festen Verbindung des Kranzes mit der Platte und zur festen Verbindung der Stege (20) mit dem Kranz (23) und/oder mit der Platte (22) umfasst.
  13.   14. Verteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (22) und/oder der Kranz (23) Vertiefungen (22A, 23A) zur Aufnahme des Endes der Stege (20) aufweisen.
  15. Verteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme oder die Stege (20A) mit einem abnehmbaren, vorteilhafterweise U-förmigen Mantel (20B) bedeckt sind, der aus einem verschleißfesten Werkstoff hoher Härte hergestellt ist.
  16. Strahlmitteleinlasssystem für eine Zentrifugalstrahlturbine, wobei dieses System mindestens ein Steuerstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 umfasst.
  17. System nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein Steuerstück (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9 und einen Verteiler (2) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, bezüglich des Steuerstücks (1) drehbar montiert zu werden, wobei dieser Verteiler (2) ein Verteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15 ist.
  18. System nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme des Verteilers aus Stegen (20) bestehen, die aus einem Werkstoff hergestellt sind, der eine Abriebfestigkeit aufweist, die mindestens im Wesentlichen gleich der der Schutzstäbe (6) des Steuerstücks (1) ist.
  19. System nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme oder die Stege mit einem abnehmbaren, vorteilhafterweise U-förmigen Mantel (20B) bedeckt sind, der aus einem verschleißfesten Werkstoff hoher Härte hergestellt ist.
  20. Zentrifugalstrahlturbine, umfassend ein System nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19.
  21. Strahlverfahren, bei dem man eine Turbine nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch verwendet.
  22. Strahlverfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man bei dem Austausch einer oder mehrerer abgenutzter Schaufeln der Turbine die Kontrolle und die Ersetzung der Seite von abgenutzten Stäben durch eine Seite von nicht abgenutzten Stäben oder durch eine nicht abgenutzte Seite der Stäbe und/oder der abgenutzten Seite eines Stegs durch eine nicht abgenutzte Seite eines Stegs und/oder der abgenutzten Seite eines Mantels durch eine nicht abgenutzte Seite eines Mantels vornimmt.
