Definitions
- the invention relates to a garment for direct wear on the skin, which consists of at least two different yarns.
- the garments of the type considered here are essentially underwear or hosiery. These garments are particularly high demands in terms of comfort, since they are constantly in direct contact with the skin of man.
- the materials used to make the garments must therefore be made of pleasant-to-the-touch materials.
- there is an essential requirement of the garments in that they absorb the resulting sweat of the person and still maintain the pleasant feeling of wear. This requirement is placed in particular on garments that are worn in sports Activities are thought, because due to the thereby made many and at the same time rapid movements of the sweat attack is significantly increased.
- the garments worn directly on the skin are covered by clothing or shoes worn over them, so that evaporation of absorbed sweat is difficult.
- pile fabrics which have one or both sides a hairy surface or thread loops.
- These fabrics include the terry cloth, which usually consists of two different materials, eg. B. polyester and wool, which are unevenly twisted together, consist, are formed by the one material (eg wool) loops, which protrude from the fabric and give a non-uniform pile effect, which is visible on both sides of the fabric (see. Brockhaus - Encyclopaedia 19th ed. 7th ed. "Ex-Frt" p. 701 ).
- the pile fabrics also include terry cloth, which consist of a base fabric with woven pile loops.
- terry fabrics are predominantly made from cotton yarns and twines (Brockhaus loc. Cit. P. 701).
- the garments made from the above-mentioned fabrics have a relatively good ability to absorb moisture.
- the moisture is absorbed by the entire fabric, so that the fibers of the fabric in contact with the skin are also moist, which considerably reduces the wearing comfort.
- the risk of blistering on the foot is relatively high.
- a two-ply fabric which provides an inner and an outer ply from which the foot portion of a sock is made.
- a sock is in the DE 200 16 825 U1 described.
- the coating of yarns is known, for example, from "Silver News" - October / November 1999 (Ed. The Silver Institute, Washington, US).
- the invention has for its object to provide garments for direct wear on the skin, which have a high level of comfort, which does not diminish even at high welding. According to the invention, this object is solved by the features of claim 1.
- a garment is created for direct wearing on the skin, which has a high wearing comfort.
- the skin-facing yarn is unable to absorb moisture due to its completely closed surface. Rather, the moisture is directed in the direction of the skin facing away from the yarn and absorbed by this.
- only "dry" yarn is in contact with the skin, even when there is an increase in the amount of perspiration, giving the impression that the entire garment is dry.
- the wearing comfort is high, for example, extreme sports activities.
- the skin facing yarn is coated.
- the coating consists of silver, copper or gold. These coatings have a magnetic shielding effect. Silver and copper also prevent the spread of bacteria or kill them. Especially at the foot, the skin cells are renewed most frequently. This often results in cornea or in the pre-stage dead skin layers in which bacteria and athlete's foot settle. With the help of the mentioned coatings bacteria are killed or prevented by the metal ions contained therein. This reduces the risk of foot odor and athlete's foot.
- the use of the coatings Underwear causes a reduction in the smell of sweat. Gold also has an antistatic effect. There is no oxidation, whereby the high conductivity is maintained.
- the coating consists of polytetrafluoroethylene.
- This material which is known under the trade name "Teflonā, is characterized among other things by good sliding properties. This causes, when used as a coating for the yarn, that the friction of the clothing on the skin is significantly reduced, which also contributes to an increase in wearing comfort.
- the garments of the type considered here are those which are in direct skin contact, as is the case in particular with hosiery and underwear.
- the garment consists of two different yarns, of which the yarn 1 facing away from the skin - outside -, the yarn 2 facing the skin - inside - is.
- the yarn 1 is usually a yarn known for clothing, for example cotton, wool or the like.
- the skin facing yarn 2 follows FIG. 1 a completely closed and smooth surface. It consists of one piece, which means in particular that the yarn 2 essentially consists of a single thread.
- the yarn 2 is substantially inelastic and interwoven with the yarn 1. It forms a "curled" surface. This training can also be referred to as "loops".
- the yarn 2 has a fairly high thickness. Preferably, the thickness 84 is digitex.
- the processing takes place for example by edges, causing the yarn 2 curls.
- the crimped shape of the yarn 2 results in weaving with the yarn 1 on the side facing the skin a relatively dense surface. As a result, about 80 to 90% of the skin covered by the garment is in contact with the yarn 2.
- an almost closed, dry surface is created on the inside of the garment, which conveys an extraordinarily comfortable wearing feeling.
- the yarn 2 may consist of several fibers which are twisted together ( FIG. 2 ).
- the yarn 2 preferably consists of individual filaments 21, which are brought together to form a thread.
- the thread thus created may also be folded to produce a curled shape.
- the multi-fiber yarn 2 is interwoven with the yarn 1.
- the yarn 2 is after FIG. 1 coated.
- the coating 3 is preferably carried out by electroplating.
- the coating 3 is made of copper, silver, gold, polytetrafluoroethylene or the like. With the help of different coatings different effects can be achieved. For example, an antifungal effect can be achieved with the aid of copper or silver.
- a coating of polytetrafluoroethylene causes a reduction in the friction of the garment on the skin.
- the coating 3 also exists here from the aforementioned substances. On the one hand, there is the possibility of coating each individual filament 21 and then bringing it together to form the yarn 2; On the other hand, however, it is also possible to combine only the single filaments 21 to the yarn 2 and then to coat.
- Exemplary is as garment in FIG. 3 a sock, especially for sports activities, chosen.
- the sock consists of a foot part 4 and a shaft 5.
- the foot part 4 has a toe area 41, a heel area 42 and an access area 43 located between the toe and heel area.
- the shaft 5 is provided at its end remote from the foot part 4 with a collar 51.
- the shaft 5 is provided with cushions 52, in the example shown rod padding being provided; other forms of upholstery are possible.
- cushions 52 in the example shown rod padding being provided; other forms of upholstery are possible.
- the pads are generally made of plastic yarns or compound fabrics or yarn or similar materials.
- the upholstery of the sock made of hollow-core fibers, which are wound with wool or cotton.
- the hollow-chamber plastic yarns are particularly strong shock and pressure damping.
- the sock is also equipped with an X-Cross bandage 54, which is formed of an elastic climate-regulating fabric.
- the X-Cross Bandage 54 supports the ankle in the transition region between leg and foot.
- an air duct 55 which extends into the foot cavity and is formed from climate-regulating net knitted fabric.
- the air channel 55 helps to drain moisture up from the tread area.
- Such an air channel 55 may also be provided on the leg outside on the sock.
- the toe region 41, the heel region 42, and the tread region 43 located between the toe and heel regions are made of the two different yarns 1, 2. Due to the loop-like design 80 to 90% of the skin in this area are in contact with the yarn 2. Since the yarn 2 achieves the effects described above, a very good prevention, for example, against athlete's foot is achieved by the configuration of the areas 41, 42 and 43. Of course, it is also possible to design further areas of the sock in the manner described.
- FIG. 4 is an example of a garment, especially for wearing during sporting activities represented.
- the garment which is preferably used as underwear for use, has different climates, that is, there are distributed over the entire garment different materials or combinations of materials depending on the respective sweat or load attack on.
- air ducts 6 are provided, which allow better air circulation and a removal of moisture.
- upholstery 7 at particularly vulnerable sites, such as the knees or - not shown - the elbow, pad provided.
- the garment shown is the area of the arm axles 8, the crotch area 9 and, not shown, the area of the back of the knees made up of the two different yarns 1, 2.
- 80 to 90% of the skin is in contact with the yarn 2 due to the loop-like formation in these areas. Since the yarn 2 achieves the effects described above, a very good prevention against the development of diseases is achieved by the design of the areas highly contaminated by bacteria. In addition, in these areas, which are most heavily affected by sweat, a comfortable wearing feeling is created.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a garment for direct wear on the skin, which consists of at least two different yarns.
The garments of the type considered here are essentially underwear or hosiery. These garments are particularly high demands in terms of comfort, since they are constantly in direct contact with the skin of man. The materials used to make the garments must therefore be made of pleasant-to-the-touch materials. At the same time there is an essential requirement of the garments in that they absorb the resulting sweat of the person and still maintain the pleasant feeling of wear. This requirement is placed in particular on garments that are worn in sports Activities are thought, because due to the thereby made many and at the same time rapid movements of the sweat attack is significantly increased. In addition, the garments worn directly on the skin are covered by clothing or shoes worn over them, so that evaporation of absorbed sweat is difficult.

The invention has for its object to provide garments for direct wear on the skin, which have a high level of comfort, which does not diminish even at high welding. According to the invention, this object is solved by the features of claim 1.
With the invention, a garment is created for direct wearing on the skin, which has a high wearing comfort. The skin-facing yarn is unable to absorb moisture due to its completely closed surface. Rather, the moisture is directed in the direction of the skin facing away from the yarn and absorbed by this. As a result, only "dry" yarn is in contact with the skin, even when there is an increase in the amount of perspiration, giving the impression that the entire garment is dry. As a result, the wearing comfort is high, for example, extreme sports activities.
Das der Haut zugewandte Garn ist beschichtet. The skin facing yarn is coated.
Preferably, the coating consists of silver, copper or gold. The use of the coatings Underwear causes a reduction in the smell of sweat. Gold also has an antistatic effect. There is no oxidation, whereby the high conductivity is maintained.
In another embodiment of the invention, the coating consists of polytetrafluoroethylene. This material, which is known under the trade name "Teflon", is characterized among other things by good sliding properties. This causes, when used as a coating for the yarn, that the friction of the clothing on the skin is significantly reduced, which also contributes to an increase in wearing comfort.

The garments of the type considered here are those which are in direct skin contact, as is the case in particular with hosiery and underwear.
