Claims (5)
- Buse (2) destinée à un injecteur (37) qui peut être fixée à un boîtier (22) de l'injecteur (37), comprenant une aiguille (3) qui est disposée de façon mobile à l'intérieur de la buse (2),
grâce à quoi un soufflet (5) est prévu en tant qu'élément d'étanchéité de manière à séparer une région de carburant (16, 28) d'une chambre de fonctionnement (38),
grâce à quoi une première bague d'extrémité du soufflet (5) est reliée hermétiquement à un élément de maintien (4) qui fait partie de la buse (2) ou est au moins relié hermétiquement à la buse (2),
grâce à quoi un élément d'amortissement (1) est prévu,
grâce à quoi l'aiguille (3) s'étend au travers de l'élément d'amortissement (1),
grâce à quoi l'élément d'amortissement (1) divise la région de carburant en une chambre de carburant (16) et en une seconde chambre (28),
grâce à quoi la seconde chambre (28) est limitée par le soufflet (5),
grâce à quoi la chambre de carburant est limitée par la buse (2) et l'aiguille (3),
grâce à quoi une plaque annulaire (1) est disposée en tant qu'élément d'amortissement,
grâce à quoi la plaque annulaire (1) est maintenue par l'élément de maintien (4),
caractérisée en ce que
un écartement (19) entre l'aiguille (3) et la plaque annulaire (1) présente une valeur dans la plage de 10 à 120 µm. - Buse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de maintien (4) est un manchon,
en ce qu'une partie inférieure du manchon (4) est reliée hermétiquement à une extrémité supérieure de la buse (2),
en ce que l'aiguille (3) est disposée en partie à l'intérieur du manchon (4),
en ce que la seconde extrémité du soufflet (5) est reliée hermétiquement à une extrémité supérieure du manchon (4). - Buse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la plaque annulaire (1) est disposée sur une face d'extrémité supérieure de la buse (2),
en ce que la face d'extrémité supérieure (24) est orientée vers le boîtier (22),
en ce que la plaque annulaire (1) est maintenue contre la face d'extrémité supérieure (24) par l'élément de maintien (4). - Buse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le manchon (4) comprend une face de maintien (31) sur l'extérieur qui est utilisée pour comprimer la buse (2) contre le boîtier d'injecteur (22) au moyen d'une face de maintien (32) d'un écrou (33).
- Buse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la buse (2) comprend un écrou à oeil (25) sur l'extérieur d'une extrémité supérieure,
en ce que le manchon (4) entoure l'écrou à oeil (25) avec une première partie cylindrique,
en ce que le manchon (4) est fixé à la buse (2),
en ce que la première partie cylindrique s'intègre dans une seconde partie cylindrique grâce à une face étagée (7),
en ce que la seconde partie présente un diamètre plus petit que celui de la première partie,
en ce que la face étagée (7) est adjacente à la plaque annulaire (1) et maintient la plaque annulaire (1) au niveau de la face d'extrémité supérieure (24).
