Zur Vermeidung eines möglichen Kettendurchhanges zwischen dem Führungsprofil 16 und der folgenden Kalotte 14 wird die nächste Führungsrolle 12 so lange auf dem Führungsprofil 1 6 bzw. der Spitze 20 desselben geführt (D), bis die vorangehende Buchse 10 geräuscharm bzw. geräuschlos im zugehörigen Aufnahmebereich 1 5 plaziert ist. Verfahren zum Führen einer Laschen (3), Führungsrollen (1 2) und Verbindungselemente (6,7) beinhaltenden Antriebskette (2) im Bereich einer durch ein Kettenrad (21 ) gebildeten Umlenkeinrichtung (1 ) einer Personenförderanlage, insbesondere einer Rolltreppe oder eines Rollsteiges, wobei die Führungsrollen (12) zumindest kettenradseitig auf einem Führungsprofil (16) abgestützt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei denjenigen Antriebsketten (2), die in den Anlenkbereichen (4,5) der Laschen (3) Verbindungselemente (6,7) aufweisen und in den verbleibenden Freiraum eine zwischen den Laschen (3) gelagerte Führungsrolle (12) vorgesehen ist, die Antriebskette (2) dergestalt in das Kettenrad (21 ) eingeführt wird, daß - in Laufrichtung gesehen - zunächst das vordere Verbindungselement (7) eines jeden Laschenelementes (3') in. einen zugehörigen Aufnahmebereich (1 5) und anschließend die Führungsrolle (12) in eine korrespondierende Kalotte (14) eingebracht wird und das hintere Verbindungselement (6) erst dann in den zugehörigen Aufnahmebereich (1 5) eingeführt wird, wenn die Führungsrolle (1 2) elastisch gedämpft in der Kalotte (14) abgestützt ist.1 .
