Claims (5)
- Transducteur acoustique à anneau précontraint, du type comprenant un ensemble de secteurs (100,101) séparés par des coins de précontrainte (102) munis de vis (106) permettant de faire coulisser radialement les coins entre les secteurs pour assurer la dite précontrainte, caractérisé en ce que ces vis sont à tête hexagonale (106), et en ce qu'il comprend en outre une pièce plate (107) positionnée sur la face du coin d'où sortent les têtes des vis et comportant des évidements (108) dont le diamètre "d' " est légèrement inférieur à la largeur entre arêtes "d" des têtes de vis, pour que lors de la mise en place de cette plaquette les dites têtes de vis viennent se loger dans ces évidements et pour que les arêtes de ces têtes viennent s'ancrer sur le périmètre de l'évidement afin de bloquer les vis en rotation.
- Transducteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la dite plaquette (107) comporte un rebord supérieur et un rebord inférieur lui donnant une forme de U pour pouvoir la clipser sur le coin (102) sur laquelle elle est montée.
- Transducteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaquette (107) comprend des canaux (109) transversaux creusés dans son épaisseur destinés à faire passer les fils d'alimentation des secteurs piézoélectriques (100,101).
- Transducteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il ne comporte que les deux vis extrêmes de serrage (106); la vis médiane ayant été enlevée après l'obtention de la précontrainte.
- Transducteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaquette (107) est constituée en matériau isolant.
