Definitions
- the invention relates to a wall system with wall elements in Sandwich construction, which is arranged between two cover plates Have support elements and a filler.
- Such sandwich wall elements are both for creating of buildings as well as the outer shell of caravans and mobile homes known.
- the supporting skeleton of these wall elements is so far in a separate step from the individual Support elements assembled and then the connected elements attached to one of the cover plates. After that that happens Filling the spaces between the support elements with the filling material, which is an insulation material, for example Styrofoam, is pressed on before the second cover plate and is attached.
- the filling material which is an insulation material, for example Styrofoam
- the present invention has for its object a Possibility of more efficient production of sandwich wall components to accomplish.
- the task is carried out with a wall system of the type mentioned at the beginning Art solved according to the invention in that the support elements in Milling of the filling material is inserted.
- the invention Process for the production of these wall elements is characterized in that the filling material on one of the Cover plates is attached, for example by gluing, then Milling for the support elements in the filling material introduced and the support elements inserted therein and be attached before the second cover plate is placed and is attached.
- fill in the filler Cutouts are made at the prescribed points and then inserted the individual elements and for example glued.
- the infill is created automatically due to the material remaining between the cutouts. This makes the production of the sandwich wall elements essential faster and cheaper.
- the millings can do so be introduced that between the first cover plate and material remains in the inserted support elements. It However, it is also possible to completely fill the layer of filler material cut through, so that the support elements also on the cover plate can be attached.
- the positioning of the support elements in cutouts in the filler material also has the advantage that the supporting skeleton really be designed according to the static requirements can. There is no need to take certain mutual considerations into account Distances of the support elements, which are from manufacturing Reasons, for example because of certain standard widths of Cover plate elements or infill material plates, cheap would.
- the cover plates can be made Made of aluminum, wood or plastic and thus, for example Be OSB panels.
- the filling material can preferably be Styrofoam or another foamed material is used become.
- Different materials are also used for the support elements, for example wood, aluminum, plastic or Steel, in question.
- the filling material can also consist of a honeycomb structure Be card stock.
- This allows wall elements that can be characterized by a very low weight, manufacture. In order to these wall elements are particularly suitable for the production of Furniture.
- the outer cover plate can be veneered so that a visually appealing, yet lighter piece of furniture as a piece of furniture on veneered chipboard.
- the support elements are especially important arranged along the outer edges of the wall element.
- To the Support elements can then be furniture fittings, hinges, Fasteners and the like are attached.
- the second cover plate is pressed onto the filling material and / or attached to the support elements. You can through both the support elements and the second cover plate Glued to the filling material.
- the single figure shows a cross section through a wall element 10 with a sandwich structure consisting of two cover plates 11, 12 and a filling material arranged between them 13, for example polystyrene. Cutouts are in the filling material 13 14 introduced for two support elements 15. Moreover a further cutout 16 is provided, which has an installation channel 17 forms.
- a cutout 14 ' is also shown which extends to the lower one Cover plate 12 is designed throughout. There is one in it Support element 15 ', the cross-section of the changed cross-sectional shape the cutout 14 'is adapted, arranged and can also be attached to the lower cover plate 12.
