Abstract

The display container consists of a base platform (1) having wheels (3) for its displacement and two wall panels (2) which emerge from the platform and are provided with grooves (21) located in opposite pairs in order to accept several self-retaining rollers in stable working position and able to be changed without any auxiliary mechanism.

Description

The present invention relates to a self-mounting module roller store / display to keep them ready to deliver portions of produced, quickly and conveniently, with significant use of space by compared to conventional solutions.

The supply of the most types of lamellar products in rolls various (paper, plastic, fabrics and the like), which are cut as and when every need is well known.

An unresolved problem in the current state of the art is on the arrangement of these rolls of material so that they can be stored in making the most of the available space and maintaining direct access and simultaneous to all stored rolls, so that you can get material of each roll without interference from the others.

The object of the present invention solves this problem with a module storage / display unit with a simple structure which, moreover, consists of a minimum of components which can be assembled together without the use of any tool or auxiliary device.

The self-mounting module for storage / display of rolls, according to the invention is characterized by the fact that it consists of a platform-base with means for its movement and two wall panels which, spaced and anchored between them, emerge from this platform and are provided with conformations face to face by pairs, to admit a plurality of self-retaining rollers in a stable position of work and likely to be changed or replaced without any mechanism or auxiliary device.

In particular:

a) said conformations for self-retaining the rollers in a stable working position are ramped grooves, open in their upper part and which, arranged face to face in pairs, lean against the axes of the rollers which, in this purpose, emerging axially from both sides beyond the roller itself;

b) said displacement means are self-orientable wheels arranged, at least, in the angular zones of the platform-base.

Logically, the capacity of the module is a function of the number of pairs of grooves formed in the wall panels and the maximum diameter of the rolls themselves. These features do not alter the object of the invention.

All alternative or technically equivalent achievements also do not alter the subject of the invention and, therefore, are also included in the subject of the invention.

To better understand the object of the present invention, we have shown on the plans a preferred practical embodiment, capable incidental changes which do not alter the basis.

Figure 1 shows a general schematic profile view of a self-mounting module for storage / display of rollers according to the invention, for a concrete example - not limiting - of practical realization.

FIG. 2 represents a general schematic view in height, corresponding to the previous figure, without wheels (3).

FIG. 3 represents a general schematic plan view, corresponding to the previous figure. We have indicated, with lines and dots, the axes (61) of the rollers (6).

A practical example is described below, not limiting, of the present invention.

The following self-mounting storage / display module for rolls the invention consists of a base platform (1), two wall panels (2) which emerge from this base platform (1), from means for moving the assembly, these means being self-orientable wheels (3) disposed under this platform-base (1) which occupy, at least, its angular zones.

The wall panels (2) are spaced and anchored therebetween. They emerge from two opposite lateral zones of this platform-base (1) and the anchors between them are formed, for the embodiment shown, by two spacers-ramps (4) and an upper crosspiece (5) - see Figure 2-, arranged centered way - see figure 1- so as not to interfere with the rollers (16).

Each wall panel (2) is provided with means for retaining the rollers (6) stored and in a "direct access" position. For the realization shown, such means are ramp grooves (21) open in their part higher. These grooves (21), arranged in pairs, lodge the axes on them. (61) rollers (6) which. for this purpose, emerge axially from both sides beyond of the roller itself (6) -see figure 3-.

The capacity of each module depends on the number of pairs of existing grooves (21) and the maximum diameter of the rollers (6).

The components (1), (2), (4), (5) of the module have conjugate conformations (male / female) for their interlocking mounting, so as to provide them in a folded kit, for assembly without the need for any tools, accessory or auxiliary device.

Claims (3)

Self-assembling module for storage / display of rollers, characterized by the fact that it consists of a base platform having means for its movement and two wall panels which, spaced and anchored between them, emerge from this platform and are provided of conformations placed face to face in pairs, to admit a plurality of self-retaining rollers in a stable working position and capable of being changed or replaced without any auxiliary mechanism or device. Self-assembling module storage / display of rollers, according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said conformations for self-retaining the rollers in a stable working position are ramp grooves, open in their upper part and which, arranged in pairs placed face to face, the axes of the rollers are housed there, which for this purpose emerge axially from both sides beyond the roller itself. Self-mounting module for storage / display of rollers, according to previous claims, characterized in that said means for movement are self-orientable wheels, arranged, at least, in the angular zones of the base platform.
