Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble noyau tubulaire destiné à un rouleau de papier ou d'autres matériaux en feuilles, qui comporte un élément noyau cylindrique creux (12) formé de carton et un élément d'extrémité annulaire en plastique situés dans chaque partie distale opposée de l'élément noyau (10). Chaque élément d'extrémité (14) comporte une surface annulaire extérieure fixée à la surface annulaire intérieure de l'élément noyau (12) et une surface intérieure formée pour recevoir un mandrin de support de rouleaux. Chaque élément d'extrémité comporte également au moins deux ergots à projection radiale (18, 20), à l'extrémité respective de l'ensemble noyau tubulaire, placés de façon à être équilibrés en rotation. L'élément noyau (10) comporte au moins deux encoches recevant les ergots (22, 24) au niveau de chaque ergot d'extrémité (18, 20) de l'élément d'extrémité respectif (14) afin d'égaliser de manière rotative le couple continu et la pression de mandrin axiale depuis chaque élément d'extrémité (14) vers l'élément noyau (10). Chaque élément d'extrémité (14) comporte également une surface annulaire intérieure continue et de rayon constant.
