Description

La présente invention concerne une semelle de chaussure permettant de chausser avec aisance différentes largeurs de pieds ; elle concerne également l'article chaussant équipé d'une telle semelle ainsi que le procédé de montage de cet article chaussant. Une telle semelle est connue du document US 4 967 492.
Les chaussures sont traditionnellement fabriquées avec une largeur choisie par le fabricant. Cette largeur est plus ou moins importante mais elle est prédéterminée; elle ne varie pas en fonction de la largeur du pied de l'utilisateur.
On sait aussi s'adapter à plusieurs largeurs de pieds en fabriquant une partie supérieure en matière élastique, mais sans pouvoir élargir la partie inférieure en contact avec le sol.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, une semelle comprenant au moins une zone extensible dans la partie avant pied; ainsi, lors de l'utilisation, la chaussure fabriquée épouse la largeur anatomiqùe du pied sur sa partie inférieure.
Dans la semelle de chaussure conforme à l'invention tel que revendiquée à la revendication 1, la partie avant-pied extensible transversalement est obtenue par moulage (ou collage) sur un fond de semelle d'un ou plusieurs inserts d'un matériau à structure déformable doté d'un potentiel d'élasticité et d'une mémoire de forme adapté au confort souhaité. Cet insert extensible est plat sur la face supérieure et pourvu d'une ou plusieurs saillies sur la face inférieure. Ces saillies sont destinées à s'encastrer dans le fond de semelle.
Selon une autre caractéristique, le fond de semelle est fabriqué à partir d'une matière de type classique tel que cuir, élastomère, caoutchouc, polyuréthanne ou tout autre matière traditionnellement utilisée dans la fabrication de semelle de chaussure et présentant des caractéristiques normales de résistance à l'abrasion.
Selon une autre caractéristique, le fond de semelle comporte des ouvertures destinées à recevoir les saillies de la face inférieure de l'insert extensible, tout en préservant l'étanchéité de la liaison entre les deux matériaux.
Selon une autre caractéristique, une première de montage est constituée d'une ou plusieurs zones ajourées dans sa partie avant-pied et d'une partie arrière rigide. Cette structure de la partie avant de la première de montage permet la déformation transversale de la zone avant-pied.
D'autres modes de réalisation de la première de montage peuvent être envisagés. La partie déformable de l'avant-pied pourra être réalisée uniquement par la juxtaposition de fentes longitudinales. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, la partie déformable de l'avant-pied pourra être obtenue par la réalisation d'une ou plusieurs ouvertures longitudinales, celles-ci étant comblées ou non par le moulage ou le collage d'un ou plusieurs inserts en matière extensible.
L'invention concerne aussi l'article chaussant tel que revendiqué à la revendication 3 équipé de la semelle extensible venant d'être décrite. Selon une forme de réalisation préférée, cet article chaussant est constitué d'une tige, de la première de montage avec une partie avant-pied déformable et une partie arrière rigide, d'une première de propreté non collée dans sa partie périphérique et de la semelle à insert extensible conforme à la présente invention. Lorsque l'utilisateur chausse un article muni d'un tel complexe, son pied exerce une pression sur les bords de la tige induisant la déformation de la première de montage et de la semelle. Cette capacité de la semelle et de la première de montage à se déformer évite les sensations de compression du pied.
Le procédé de montage tel que revendiqué à la revendication 5 de cet article chaussant consiste à préparer une première de montage avec une partie rigide à l'arrière et une partie déformable dans la zone avant-pied. Au moyen d'une forme de largeur standard, la tige est montée sur ladite première de montage et collée sur la semelle équipée de son insert extensible. On place enfin la première de propreté à l'intérieur de la chaussure.
L'invention est illustrée, sans être aucunement limitée, par la description d'un mode de réalisation particulier, donné à titre d'exemple et représenté sur les dessins annexés dans lesquels :
  • La figure 1 représente la semelle en vue du dessous.
  • La figure 2 est une vue en coupe longitudinale de la semelle.
  • La figure 3 est une vue éclatée de l'ensemble fond de semelle, insert élastique et première de montage.
  • La figure 4 est une vue en coupe et en perpective d'une chaussure équipée du système.
  • La semelle représentée sur les figures 1 et 2 est constituée d'un fond de semelle (1) et d'un insert en matière extensible (2) assemblés par moulage ou par collage afin d'assurer l'étanchéité entre les deux matériaux. Les saillies (3) de l'insert extensible se positionnent dans les ouvertures (4) pratiquées dans le fond de semelle. Dans l'exemple de réalisation représenté, ce type d'implantation en parallèle permet l'addition des élasticités de chaque saillie (3) . Ce complexe, fond de semelle rigide et insert extensible permet d'obtenir une semelle suffisamment structurée pour s'adapter à une fabrication soudée traditionnelle.
    La figure 3 représente un empilement de supports indépendants avec des propriétés déformables et extensibles. Le fond de semelle (1) en matière rigide est rendu déformable de par les ouvertures (4) pratiquées dans la zone avant-pied. L'insert (2) dont les saillies (3) viennent s'encastrer dans les ouvertures (4) du fond de semelle (1) est un joint d'étanchéité extensible. La première de montage (5) est équipée d'une partie avant-pied rendue déformable par la présence des fentes longitudinales (6) et d'une partie arrière rigide (7)
    Dans l'ensemble de réalisation représenté sur la figure 4, cette configuration permet de garder l'élasticité sur tous les étages une fois le montage terminé. Le fond de semelle (1), l'insert (2) et la première de montage (5) présentent des caractéristiques extensibles en dehors des zones de collage (9) . La première intérieure (8) non collée sur sa périphérie ne bloque pas la déformation des couches inférieures. C'est la pression du pied s'appliquant sur les bords extérieurs de la tige (10) qui induit la déformation de l'ensemble des couches extensibles superposées.
    A titre d'exemple non limitatif, les dimensions de l'insert au niveau des saillies seront de l'ordre de 3.5 mm en épaisseur et de 7mm en largeur. Bien entendu, ces dimensions ne sont qu'indicatives; elles peuvent varier en fonction de la pointure et du confort que l'on désire donner à la chaussure.
    Cette structure de chaussure donne un confort de marche qui convient particulièrement aux "articles pieds sensibles", mais bien entendu cette structure extensible peut-être envisagée pour d'autres types de montage que le soudé ou d'autres types d'articles chaussants.
    La présente invention est particulièrement destinée à la fabrication de chaussures ayant la capacité de s'adapter à différentes largeurs de pieds.

    Claims (5)

    1. Semelle extensible pour chaussure du type dont le fond de semelle rigide (1) est collé (9) sur les bords de la tige (10), caractérisée en ce que ledit fond (1) comporte un insert (2), extensible transversalement et qui est pourvu d'une ou plusieurs saillies (3) sur sa surface inférieure, ledit insert (2) est réalisé par moulage d'un matériau à mémoire de forme et est collé ou soudé par injection sur ledit fond (1), la partie d'avant-pied dudit fond (1) est pourvue d'une ou plusieurs ouvertures (4), dans lesquelles la ou les saillies (3) s'encastrent, de façon étanche.
    2. Semelle extensible selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le fond de semelle rigide (1), présente des caractéristiques propres à l'abrasion.
    3. Article chaussant équipé d'une semelle extensible selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'une tige (10), d'une première de montage (5), d'une première intérieure (8) et d'une semelle à insert extensible (2), la première de montage (5) étant constituée d'une partie d'avant pied déformable (6) et d'une partie arrière rigide (7).
    4. Article chaussant selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'avant pied déformable (6), de la première de montage (5) est obtenue par des fentes parallèles qui ont été ménagées longitudinalement dans ladite partie.
    5. Procédé de montage d'un article chaussant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 4, caractérisé par les opérations suivantes :
      préparation d'un sous-ensemble de semelle, par l'assemblage d'un fond de semelle rigide (1) et d'un insert extensible (2) collé ou moulé sur ledit fond,
      préparation et montage de la première de montage (5) et de sa partie d'avant pied déformable (6), avec sa partie arrière rigide (7),
      montage et collage à l'aide d'une forme de largeur standard de la tige (10) sur la première de montage (5),
      assemblage d'un sous-ensemble de la semelle avec la tige montée,
      pose de la première intérieure (8) sur la face supérieure de la première de montage (5).
