Claims (13)
- Einfülleinrichtung, insbesondere Öleinfülleinrichtung an einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem Befüllstutzen und mit einer die Einfüllöffnung am Befüllstutzen verschließenden Verschlusskappe, die einen Kappenboden, eine vom Kappenboden ausgehende, umlaufende Kappenwand und ein an der Verschlusskappe innenliegend angeordnetes Zentrierelement aufweist, das mit einem am Befüllstutzen liegenden Gegenzentrierelement zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenzentrierelement (21) mit radialem Abstand (RA) zur Rohrinnenfläche (24) des Befüllstutzens (1) und innerhalb eines Endabschnitts (6) des Befüllstutzens (1) im Bereich der Einfüllöffnung (3) liegt.
- Einfülleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zentrierelement (15) als erstes Rohrstück (20) mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt und das Gegenzentrierelement (21) als zweites Rohrstück (23) mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt ausgebildet ist, wobei Zentrierelement (15) und Gegenzentrierelement (21) bei auf den Befüllstutzen (1) aufgesetzter Verschlusskappe (4) konzentrisch ineinander liegen.
- Einfülleinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außendurchmesser (DA) des erstens Rohrstücks (20) zur Zentrierung entsprechend kleiner als der Innendurchmesser (ID) des zweiten Rohrstücks (23) ist.
- Einfülleinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zentrierelement (15) einstückig mit der Verschlusskappe (4) hergestellt ist.
- Einfülleinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenzentrierelement (21) über zumindest einen Steg (25) gegenüber der Rohrinnenfläche (24) mit dem Abstand (RA) abgestützt ist.
- Einfülleinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenzentrierelement (21) ggf. mit dem Steg (25) einstückig mit dem Befüllstutzen (1) hergestellt ist.
- Einfülleinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenzentrierelement (21) ggf. mit dem Steg (25) als Einsatz (26) für den Befüllstutzen (1) gefertigt ist.
- Einfülleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befüllstutzen (1) an seinem die Einfüllöffnung aufweisenden Endabschnitt (6) eine Kröpfung oder Abwinkelung oder einen Bogen aufweist und/oder sich - von der Einfüllöffnung (3) aus gesehen - verjüngt.
- Einfülleinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Länge (L3) des Zentrierelements (15) gleich wie oder größer als die axiale Länge (L1) des Endabschnitts (6) ist.
- Einfülleinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Rohrstück (23) koaxial innerhalb des Befüllstutzens (1) angeordnet ist.
- Einfülleinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Innenseite (11) der Verschlusskappe (4) eine umlaufende Dichtung (18) im Übergangsbereich (17) zwischen Verschlussboden (13) und Verschlusswand (14) liegt.
- Einfülleinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Durchmesser der Verschlusskappe (4) größer als der äußere Durchmesser des Befüllstutzens (1) ist und dass die Dichtung (18) bei aufgesetzter Verschlusskappe (4) an der Rohraußenfläche (8) des Befüllstutzens (1) zu liegen kommt.
- Einfülleinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusskappe (1) an dem Befüllstutzen (1) nach Art eines Schraub - oder Bajonettverschlusses gesichert ist.
