Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Plausibilisierung von zur Berechnung der Steuersignale (E1, E2) für die Kraftstoffeinspritzung einer Brennkraftmaschine verwendeten Bezugsmarken, insbesondere für Common Rail Systeme, wobei erste Bezugsmarken (statische Interrupts Is) drehwinkelabhängig generiert werden und zu jeder ersten Bezugsmarke (Is) rechnerisch in Abhängigkeit von Parametern eine zweite, zeitlich oder winkelmäßig spätere Bezugsmarke (dynamische Interrupts Id) generiert wird, wobei die ersten und zweiten Bezugsmarken (Is, Id) jeweils separat gezählt und die Zählerstände zyklisch miteinander verglichen werden, und wobei unzulässige Abweichungen der Zählerstände voneinander Notmaßnahmen und/oder Fehlererkennungsmaßnahmen auslösen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslösung von Resets (R) und/oder die Umschaltung auf Notbetrieb und/oder die Abschaltung der Brennkraftmaschine als Notmaßnahmen vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Anzeigemittel (22) und/oder die Speicherung von Fehlern in Speichermitteln (21) als Fehlererkennungsmaßnahmen vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslösung unterschiedlicher Notmaßnahmen und/oder Fehlererkennungsmaßnahmen in Abhängigkeit der Fehlerhäufigkeit unterschiedlich erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Berechnung der Steuersignale (E1, E2) für die Kraftstoffeinspritzung nur bei als korrekt ermittelten Bezugsmarken (Is, Id) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Bezugsmarke (Is) die Berechnung des Beginns der Kraftstoffeinspritzung und die zweite Bezugsmarke (Id) die Berechnung der Dauer oder des Endes der Kraftstoffeinspritzung auslöst.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die verschiedenen Kraftstoffeinspritzarten (Voreinspritzungen, Haupteinspritzung, Nacheinspritzung) jeweils eigene Zählvorgänge und Zähleinrichtungen (18, 19) vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Bezugsmarken (statische Interrupts Is) abwechselnd die Berechnung des Beginns der unterschiedlichen Einspritzarten auslösen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkelabstände der ersten Bezugsmarken (Is) überprüft werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkelsignale eines von der Brennkraftmaschine angetriebenen Zahngebers (10) in einer Zähleinrichtung (11) gezählt werden, wobei jeweils nach einer vorgebbaren Zahl von Winkelsignalen eine der ersten Bezugsmarken (Is) generiert wird, und dass bei jeder ersten Bezugsmarke (Is) die Zählerdifferenz zwischen dem aktuellen Zählerstand und dem bei der letzten Bezugsmarke (Is) erfassten Zählerstand daraufhin überprüft wird, ob diese der vorgebbaren Zahl entspricht.
