Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur variablen Betätigung von Ventilen mittels Nocken, vorzugsweise für Verbrennungsmotoren.The invention relates to a device for the variable actuation of valves by means of cams, preferably for internal combustion engines.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Einrichtung zur variablen Betätigung von Ventilen der gattungsgemäßen Art zu verbessern, um günstige kinematische Verhältnisse, verminderte mechanische Beanspruchungen und eine kompakte Gestaltung des hubübertragenden Zwischengliedes zu erzielen.The invention has for its object to improve a device for variable actuation of valves of the generic type to achieve favorable kinematic conditions, reduced mechanical stress and a compact design of the hub-transmitting intermediate member.
Erfindungsgemäß wird das dadurch erreicht, dass die Steuerkurve auf jener der Hubübertragungsanordnung zugekehrten Seite bei einer Stellung für Null- oder geringen Hub zu dieser parallel oder wenig geneigt verlaufend angeordnet ist. Generell ist es auch kinematisch vorteilhaft, die Stützkurve am in seiner Stellung veränderlichen Element für das Zwischenglied auf der dem Nocken zugewandten Hälfte des in seiner Stellung veränderlichen Elementes anzuordnen. Besonders günstige Belastungsverhältnisse für das Zwischenglied ergeben sich, wenn im Bewegungsbereich hoher Ventilbetätigungskräfte die Eingriffslinien zwischen Steuerkurve und Zwischenglied sowie Hubübertragungsanordnung und Zwischenglied in einem Bereich verlaufen, der sich nahe um die Verbindungsgerade zwischen der Drehachse des veränderlichen Elements und der Eingriffslinie zwischen Hubübertragungsanordnung und Zwischenglied erstreckt. Eine kinematisch und für die mechanische Beanspruchung des Zwischengliedes günstige Ausführung ist auch dadurch zu erzielen, dass das Zwischenglied während des Öffnungshubes durch die sich gegenüberliegenden Eingriffsbereiche an der Steuerkurve und der Hubübertragungsanordnung gezogen wird.
