Claims (10)
- Moyen de stabilisation d'un conducteur résistif spiralé (4) agencé à l'intérieur d'un tube (2) de section sensiblement constante d'un élément chauffant (1), caractérisé en ce que ce moyen consiste en un fil métallique rigide (14) dont l'une des extrémités (142) est reliée, à l'intérieur du tube (2), à l'une des extrémités (12) du conducteur résistif (4), et dont l'autre extrémité (146) débouche à l'extérieur du tube (2), ledit fil (14) étant plié de telle manière à présenter au moins deux branches (144) parallèles au tube (2), lesdites branches (144) jouxtant la paroi interne du tube (2) de telle manière à limiter le mouvement radial dudit fil (14) et dudit conducteur (4) dans le tube (2).
- Moyen de stabilisation selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le fil métallique (14) est plié en présentant deux branches (144) jouxtant la paroi interne du tube (2), lesdites branches (144) étant disposées selon un diamètre du tube (2).
- Moyen de stabilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fil métallique (14) est plié en présentant trois branches (144) jouxtant la paroi interne du tube (2), lesdites branches (144) étant disposées sensiblement équidistantes les unes des autres.
- Moyen de stabilisation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fil (14) comporte, à l'extérieur du tube (2), une zone pliée (148) transversalement audit tube (2), ladite zone pliée (148) étant susceptible de prendre appui sur l'une des extrémités du tube (2), afin de bloquer le fil (14) dans un sens de translation selon l'axe du tube (2).
- Elément chauffant (1) pour appareil de cuisson électrique comportant un tube (2) à l'intérieur duquel est logé un conducteur résistif spiralé (4), caractérisé en ce que ledit tube (2) comporte au moins un moyen de stabilisation du conducteur à l'intérieur du tube (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4.
- Elément chauffant (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, à chaque extrémité (12, 22) du conducteur résistif (4), un moyen de stabilisation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4.
- Elément chauffant (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'une des extrémités (12) du conducteur résistif (4) comporte un moyen de stabilisation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, et en ce que l'autre extrémité (22) du conducteur résistif (4) est liée à une extrémité d'un connecteur électrique (24) dont l'autre extrémité débouche, à l'extérieur du tube, à travers une perle (28) en étant immobilisée en translation par vrillage (26) ou déformation au delà de ladite perle (28).
- Grille-pain comportant un bâti délimitant au moins une chambre de chauffe, ainsi que des éléments chauffants (1) s'étendant à l'intérieur dudit bâti, caractérisé en ce que au moins l'un des éléments chauffants (1) est conforme à l'une des revendications 5 à 7.
- Grille-pain comportant un bâti délimitant au moins une chambre de chauffe, ainsi qu'au moins un élément chauffant (1) selon la revendication 7 s'étendant à l'intérieur dudit bâti, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément chauffant (1) est disposé sur des encoches prévues sur deux montants (18, 30) du bâti du grille-pain, l'un des montants (30) disposant d'un crochet (32) de retenue de la perle (28) utilisée.
- Grille-pain selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (146) du fil (14) débouchant à l'extérieur du tube (2) est reliée au circuit d'alimentation électrique du conducteur résistif (4).
