Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de passivation de bandes d'acier inoxydable étamé au moyen d'un film de passivation sans chrome. Le procédé consiste à tremper la bande étamée, éventuellement à appliquer un courant de cathode, dans un bain de passivation comprenant au moins un sel d'un métal de transition sélectionné parmi le cobalt, le titane, le zirconium et le molybdenum. L'invention concerne la bande étamée passivée ainsi obtenue, la bande étamée passivée et recouverte d'une peinture sans chrome, et l'utilisation de cette dernière dans la production de produits en conserves.
