Claims (12)
- Bürste, spezieller eine rotierbare Bürste (1) zum Bürsten einer Fahrbahn- bzw. Gehwegfläche, welche Bürste Faserbündel (6) umfasst, die in Halterungen (5) angebracht sind, und wobei diese Halterungen (5) an einem Bürstenkörperteil (4) befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (5) nicht nur in Öffnungen (11) in dem Bürstenkörperteil (4) angebracht sind, sondern auch an die Rückseite des Bürstenkörperteils (4) geschweißt sind.
- Bürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (5) buchsenförmig sind; dass sie in Bezug zu dem Bürstenkörperteil (4) schräg eingesetzt sind; und dass sie an ihren dem Bürstenkörperteil (4) zugewandten Enden (13) eine gerade abgeschnittene Form aufweisen, jeweils im rechten Winkel zur Längsrichtung der betreffenden Halterung (5).
- Bürste nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (5) derart in den Öffnungen (11) befestigt sind, dass die Hinterkante (14) dieser Halterungen (5), dicht bei dem zur Mitte der Bürste (1) gerichteten Teil (15) davon, sich in Höhe oder nahezu in Höhe der Rückseite (16) des Bürstenkörperteils (4) befindet, während der gegenüberliegende Teil (17) dann weiter aus der Rückseite (16) herausragt.
- Bürste nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (5) ausschließlich an der Stelle der vorgenannten beiden Teile (15-17) der Hinterkante (14), des der Hinterkante (14) zugewandten Teils (15) beziehungsweise des gegenüberliegenden Teils (17), an den Bürstenkörperteil (4) geschweißt sind.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (5) in Bezug zu dem Bürstenkörperteil (4) schräg eingesetzt sind und dass die vorgenannten Öffnungen (11) in der radialen Richtung des Bürstenkörperteils (4) einen Durchmesser (D1) aufweisen, der größer als der Durchmesser (D2) der Halterungen (5) ist, wobei der Durchmesserunterschied so gewählt ist, dass, wenn die Halterungen (5) in den Öffnungen (11) angebracht sind und gekippt worden sind, bis sie mit dem Rand (12) der betreffenden Öffnungen (11) in Kontakt sind, die erforderliche Schrägstellung der Halterungen (5) und der Faserbündel (6) erhalten wird.
- Bürste nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannten Öffnungen (11) in tangentialer Richtung einen Durchmesser (D3) aufweisen, der praktisch gleich dem Durchmesser (D2) der Halterungen (5) ist.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (11) eine abgerundete Form aufweisen, insbesondere oval oder elliptisch ausgeführt sind.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie entlang dem Umfang mindestens zwei Reihen von in Halterungen (5) angebrachten Faserbündeln (6) umfasst, wobei die aufeinanderfolgenden Halterungen (5) in Bezug zueinander versetzt aufgestellt sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Bürste, spezieller einer rotierenden Bürste (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens das Formen eines Bürstenkörperteils (4) umfasst; das Vorsehen von Öffnungen (11) in diesem Bürstenkörperteil (4); das Befestigen von Faserbündeln (6) in Halterungen (5); das Anbringen von Faserbündeln (6) an dem Bürstenkörperteil (4), indem sie mit ihren Halterungen (5) in die vorgenannten Öffnungen (11) gebracht werden; und das Verbinden der Halterungen (5) an der Rückseite des Bürstenkörperteils (4) mittels einer oder mehrerer Schweißverbindungen (18-19).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißverbindungen (18-19) mittels eines Schweißroboters verwirklicht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faserbündel (6) vor dem Schweißen in die erforderliche schräge Position in Bezug auf den Bürstenkörperteil (4) gebracht werden, indem die Halterungen (5) so in den Öffnungen (11) gekippt werden, dass der Rand (12) dieser Öffnungen (11) als Anschlag fungiert.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannten Öffnungen (11) in dem Bürstenkörperteil (4) durch Ausschneiden mittels eines Lasers gebildet sind.
