Claims (7)
- Lösungsspinnverfahren zur Herstellung einer Textilfaser, welche eine permanente Phobierwirkung aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch die VerfahrensschritteBereitstellen einer verspinnbaren Polymerkomponente (1) und einer ambivalenten Polymerverbindung (2), die eine Phobiergruppe (2.1) und eine zur verspinnbaren Polymerkomponente (1) affine Restgruppe (2.2) enthält,Mischen der ambivalenten Polymerverbindung (2) mit der verspinnbaren Polymerkomponente (1) in einem Lösungsmittel undAusspinnen des Gemisches, wobei einerseits die Phobiergruppen (2.1) sich in Richtung der Oberfläche der entstehenden Faser orientieren sowie an die Oberfläche wandern und andererseits die affinen Restgruppen (2.2) die ambivalente Polymerverbindung (2) in der Polymerverbindung (1) verankern und wobei das Lösungsmittel ausgetrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bis zu 20 Gew% der ambivalenten Polymerverbindung (2) bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge der bereitgestellten Polymerkomponenten, nämlich der verspinnbaren Polymerkomponente (1) und der ambivalenten Polymerverbindung (2), eingesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß 20 bis 30 Gew% an bereitgestellten Polymerkomponenten, nämlich der verspinnbaren Polymerkomponente (1) und der ambivalenten Polymerverbindung (2), im Lösungsmittel gelöst werden.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Gemisch weitere Additive, wie Lichtstabilisatoren, Quencher oder Farbpigmente, zugesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine ambivalente Polymerverbindung (2) mit Fluorcarbongruppen als Phobiergruppen (2.1) und mit Nitrilgruppen als affine Restgruppe (2.2) eingesetzt wird, welche mit einem Polyacrylnitrilpolymer als verspinnbare Polymerkomponente (1) vermischt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die entstehende Faser zu einem Monofilament, einem Multifilament, einer Spinnfaser, einer Stapelfaser, einem Garn oder einem Flächengebilde weiterverarbeitet wird.
- Verwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zur Herstellung von Textilfasern für Bekleidungstextilien oder technische Textilien, beispielsweise für die Kraftfahrzeugindustrie.
