Definitions
- the present invention relates to a remote control for electrical or electronic micro devices, such as communication and hearing aids for wireless operation according to the preamble of claim 1, a communication or hearing aid remote control provided for placing on a wristwatch and a hearing aid with a remote control for the Operation of the hearing aid.
- Wireless remote controls for operating, for example, hearing aids are known.
- CH-PS 670 349 a remote control for hearing aids, which is to be carried as a separate unit by a person.
- This unit is more a device that must hold the person or the individual at hand to intervene, if necessary, on the operation of his hearing aid.
- the remote control it is not for everyone, in public, if necessary, the remote control as not inconspicuous device to take out, and to intervene on his hearing aid, but it is here announced that a hearing aid is worn, contrary to the efforts to keep this hidden as possible.
- the EP 1 247 423 proposed to integrate the remote control, for example, for a hearing aid in a wristwatch. Based on this proposal, at present two / three variants of corresponding clocks are offered by suppliers of electronic micro devices, such as hearing aids, which include such a remote control. It has however, it has been shown that the watch models chosen for example by the hearing aid suppliers for the integration of the remote control are not accepted by all customers, since a watch is something very individual for most customers. On the other hand, it is of course not possible to install a remote control in an x-any watch model. For this reason, the inherent market potential can by no means be exhausted.
- a remote control for the wireless operation of a micro-electronic device such as a communication or hearing aid according to the wording of claim 1 is proposed accordingly.
- a remote control for the wireless operation of a micro-electronic device is arranged in at least one band or a band-like holder provided to be arranged on an object of daily use, which in the person using, for example, a communication or hearing aid Is usually carried with you.
- This item may be, for example, a Watch, a pocket watch, an arm ring, a jewelry item, a garment, a belt, etc. act.
- the remote control in or on a belt or a belt such as a bracelet, a watch band or a trouser or shoulder strap.
- the energy supply of the remote control is preferably carried out by means of a battery, such as preferably a flat battery, or by means of a rechargeable battery, for example in the form of a flexible polymer battery.
- buttons in the form of conductive polymer buttons in the area of resilient or clip-like games, etc.
- the design of the remote control itself will not be discussed further here, as they are not primarily subject of the present Invention is. Rather, in this context, for example, on the EP 1 247 423 referenced or other prior art documents such as the US Pat. No. 4,063,410 , the DE 36 42 828 as well as the EP 0 298 323 where the integration of remote controls, for example in wristwatches, is sufficiently described.
- the remote control proposed according to the invention is preferably provided for the wireless operation of a hearing or communication device in order to be arranged on a wristwatch.
- the remote control in a belt or a belt, such as in particular in a watch band. It is possible, regardless of the brand of the watch or the design to use a suitably trained watch band, in which the remote control for the wireless operation of a hearing or communication device can be arranged. As a rule, the watchband bandwidth is normalized, so that a watch band designed in this way can be mounted on almost every watch or at least on the most common watch brands. But it is also possible to make the mounting area of the watch band such that its mounting on non-standard watches is possible.
- the remote control can be formed, for example, in the form of embedded in the watch band pressure parts, longitudinally formed flexible "touch pads", etc. Power can be supplied by placing flexible batteries integrated in the watch band, such as lithium polymer batteries.
- the present invention is not limited to the remote control or wireless operation of a hearing or communication device, but it is also possible, for example, wirelessly control any medical implants or to influence their operation.
- a known hearing aid remote control is arranged, which is visible in the illustration according to Figure 1 only by two resilient clip elements 7.
- the wristwatch 1 is shown in plan view from below or behind, now the Remote control is clearly visible.
- the electronics or the remote control 11 is arranged in a housing 13 on the back of the watch case 1.
- a Anclipelement is provided, comprising the already visible in Figure 1, resilient clip elements 7.
- the Anclipfunktion is realized via the mechanical snap of the wristwatch edge encompassing games or arms 7. In this case, two or more such games or arms can be used up to a closed ring.
- a remote control in a belt or a belt, in particular and preferably in a watchband.
- a conventional wristwatch 1 is shown, comprising two separate watch strap parts 3 'and 3''.
- a watch band part 3 ' are arranged, for example, three pressure-actuatable games 31, provided to allow the operation of, for example, a hearing aid or a communication device.
- These pressure parts or push-button-like elements can be arranged integrated, for example, in a leather strap.
- the watch band is made of a polymer material as from a conventional plastic, it is also possible to directlyaviextrudieren these operating parts or push-button-like elements in the production of the watch band.
- flexible polymer batteries arranged, such as lithium-polymer batteries.
- interchangeable button batteries 33 it is also possible to arrange interchangeable button batteries 33 in a bracelet, since today so small button batteries 33 are offered on the market, which can be easily arranged in a corresponding receptacle housing in a watch band.
- FIG. 4 again shows a conventional wristwatch 1 in a top view and with watch band parts 3 'and 3 "open in the longitudinal direction.
- a longitudinally extended touch pad 35 is arranged in a watch band part 3 ', while in the other watch bath part 3 ", for example, a menu circuit is arranged in a portion 37 that can be actuated by pressure.
- two flat, preferably flexible polymer batteries 33 are arranged.
- the actuating element 37 it is now possible with the actuating element 37 to choose between different menus, such as the volume.
- the touch pad 35 can be used to adjust the volume up or down, depending on the point of attack along the longitudinally extended pad.
- the closure 41 in which a so-called endless watch band 3 '''is used, it is possible by the closure 41 to incorporate further operating possibilities. For example, it is possible to turn on or off the remote control by opening or closing the shutter 43. Or by opening the shutter 43 can be switched to a power-saving mode, so that the Power consumption of the remote control can be massively reduced.
- Fig. 6 Finally, it is shown that 45 other displays can be provided in a dial 1 a clock in addition to the time, as schematically indicated in Fig. 6 with the number 47.
- This additional display may well be arranged integrally in the dial 1, which but in itself the basic idea of the present invention runs contrary. Accordingly, it is possible analogously to the idea described with reference to Figures 1 and 2, politicianstecken a display strip on the dial, or this additional display can also be plugged at any point on the watch band. Again, it is possible sansstecken this additional display on any other object, such as a bracelet, on an example attachable to a shirt pocket clip, etc.
- FIG. 1 With reference to FIG.
- a display may be provided to visualize the setting of the remote control. Whether this display is arranged integrally in a wristwatch or another article, or additionally in a clip-on, clip-on or detachably mountable element, is irrelevant per se.
- the power supply can either be done by a battery, such as preferably a flat battery, or by means of a rechargeable battery, for example in the form of a flexible Polymer batteries.
- a battery such as preferably a flat battery
- a rechargeable battery for example in the form of a flexible Polymer batteries.
- active elements such as a thermoelectric converter, piezo transducers, solar cells and the like are conceivable.
- these current-supplying elements can also be operated in combination with a rechargeable battery, as a result of which its service life can be considerably extended.
- buttons which are arranged for example in the, the wristwatch edge encompassing games 7.
- FIG. 2 such operating keys are designated symbolically by the reference numbers 17 and 19.

According to a preferred embodiment, it is proposed to arrange the remote control in a belt or a belt, such as in particular in a watch band. The remote control can be formed, for example, in the form of embedded in the watch band pressure parts, longitudinally formed flexible "touch pads", etc. Power can be supplied by placing flexible batteries integrated in the watch band, such as lithium polymer batteries.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to the remote control or wireless operation of a hearing or communication device, but it is also possible, for example, wirelessly control any medical implants or to influence their operation.

On a
In Figure 2, the
As an alternative to the use of a housing or a casing, as described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, it is proposed according to the invention to arrange a remote control in a belt or a belt, in particular and preferably in a watchband. Accordingly, in Fig. 3 again in perspective, a
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, in which a so-called
In Fig. 6 Finally, it is shown that 45 other displays can be provided in a dial 1 a clock in addition to the time, as schematically indicated in Fig. 6 with the
As already mentioned above, the power supply can either be done by a battery, such as preferably a flat battery, or by means of a rechargeable battery, for example in the form of a flexible Polymer batteries. In addition, active elements, such as a thermoelectric converter, piezo transducers, solar cells and the like are conceivable. However, these current-supplying elements can also be operated in combination with a rechargeable battery, as a result of which its service life can be considerably extended.
The operation of the remote control can be done by buttons, which are arranged for example in the, the wristwatch
But it is also possible to provide in or on the band conductive polymers to perform the switching functions.
